A complete struggle to get the food out, unfortunately not a Thumbs up the time is coming for this location. Not the Staff fault it's overworked and undermanned well at least on the weekend. I always want to drop positive, however I simply keep it real. Will not return again at this location.
i love the food it's very yummy. but 9/10 i'm asking for large drinks and being handed mediums?
i'm not paying for a large i check the receipt but it's frustrating that im asking for one thing and the staff is deciding whatever

Sonic Drive-In offers good shakes, but customers have experienced mistakes with orders, such as receiving a wrong flavor. The restaurant's parking spot ordering system can be confusing, and orders are not brought out to customers. Additionally, specials advertised on signs may not be honored, leading to disappointing experiences. However, many customers enjoy the food, especially the chicken sandwich which is described as crunchy and savory. The $4 menu is popular, and some suggest it should be made bigger. The staff is friendly but often understaffed, which can affect service. There are also reports of drinks sometimes not being prepared correctly, such as a milkshake that wasn’t fully blended or a strawberry shortcake float that tasted bad due to missing ingredients. Despite these issues, some customers highly recommend the location for its caring staff, especially the manager and team members like Javi and John, who are seen as top-notch. Overall, Sonic Drive-In remains a favorite after work for many, with some experiencing occasional mistakes but still enjoying the food and friendly service.
