Dan Zai never fails to deliver. Delicious food paired with excellent service... ALL THE TIME. Owner is wonderful, makes us feel like family. I eat in and take out all the time. My daughters love the place. Everyone I take there loves the place.

The ramen booth was just okay. The broth lacked depth and flavor, and overall, it felt a bit underwhelming. For the price, I expected something more memorable. It's not terrible, but definitely not something I’d go out of my way for again.

My husband and I had lunch here. We ordered hot tea, corn wonton soup and a ramen bowl each. Tea never arrived, soup was good but ramen was lacking. My husband got the curry ramen and there was more ramen than anything else. Very minimal chicken and veggies. However both of our broths tasted good. Service was lacking as well. No quality check by our server.

This is the best Ramen bar or sushi restaurant I have been to in quite a while. All of the food was fresh and and its presentation was impressive. The myraid variety of flavors I encountered was awesome. If you like this type of fair and are in the area you are doing yourself a disservice not coming here. The staff was friendly and attentive, the premises was clean and the sheer variety of food available is impressive. I ate so much I had to have coffee, and the latte I ordered was one of the best cups of coffee I have had in a foodservice setting that I can remember. Also my wife says the bubble tea is to die for. The attention to detail is really apparent.

Dan Zai is a fantastic sushi and ramen house with specials that change seasonally. My family and I have been coming here for years and it’s one of our favorite spots in the area. I love to get the sushi and sashimi combo or any of their delicious poke bowls. The crab rangoon, gyoza, duck scallion pancakes, and peanut dumplings are all great starters.

Always amazing service at Dan Zai!!! Been coming here since 2020, it’s by far the best go to restaurant. Annie is awesome! Food is always outstanding. I’ve never had a bad experience here!

This is not a Japanese restaurant, it’s confused between Japanese Korean and Taiwanese. Menu all over the place and BYOD is also strange

Ive never eaten inside, I always order to go on the phone. The food taste fresh and not salty, which means they use quality ingredients. Im trying a lot of the menu. There are so many options.
