Worst coffee ever. I got a $5 simple latte and they must have given me something that was sitting around for 2 hours - ended up being just watered down milk. Really disappointing.
I went inside to place an order for five sandwiches and coffee they were not busy three cars at the drive-up window and no one inside at least three employees working maybe more and the one fella looked at me and walked up to the counter where I was standing and I said I like to place an order and he says you got to use the machine I said I don't play around with machines you're not that busy I can I just give you the order no you must use the machine I told him what he could do with his machine and he lost the customer which I used to stop there all the time before the pandemic. I will now take my business to Middlesex Dunkin' Donuts on Route 28 in Middlesex where they will be happy to take orders from the counter without using the machine.

Shouldn't clean the floor with people in store. All you smell are the fumes while you are trying to enjoy your food. Plus floor is wet and I am disabled with a cane. Not a good combination.

Switched to this location because found they had good coffee, and did not overload drinks with ice. Recently, drinks have been having more ice and more ice- to the point now that my drinks have more ice than liquid. Don't even think about requesting less ice in order to receive a normally filled cup- it will cost you an extra 50 cents for the already overpriced drink. Loved this location but I will not be back until its back to its old ways.
