This location would be great if they had people who knew how to work more efficiently. I ordered online came 5 mins after my order was ready, there were 7 workers looking confused so unorganized, my drink was not even made. New beautiful location but needs better management.
Usually good, today was interesting?? I understand working in these types of conditions can be stressful, and I don’t want anyone to feel bad. BUT!! 3-4 guys working behind the counter, And there were very few customers and we still had to wait longer than usual. Anyways, I think they forgot to add the coffee into our frappes today.
