I don’t typically write reviews, but this experience was just awful. We started with one server, but for some reason, it was switched to an older woman who completely ignored us. She didn’t check if the food was okay, and we ended up calling our original server for everything. The replacement server seemed to disappear, and we never got a drink refill. We even had to call our original server again to get the bill and takeout bag. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT GO HERE DO NOT GO HERE !!! Went here for takeout and specifically paid with my card. I gave a few dollars cash for the tip and crossed out the tip section in the receipt. A month later when I reviewed my account I reloaded they charged my an extra $4 on my card for the tip. I called them up and they denied it. Never went back there. But no loss. The food was terrible anyway.

The doneness of the meat was not right. I ordered it medium, and they brought it well done. I returned the meat and refused to eat it. The service was very slow. I've visited this place many times in the past, and the experience has been good. But this morning, it was poor service.

From breakfast options, to the lunch & dinner choices, to the Amazing cakes, pies, & desserts.....This place is a must go to....

They did not get the order correct. 1 plate of food sat around for almost a half hour before being served… Too many chiefs and not enough Indians, and they still fail to get the order correct. Manager had attitude. Not eating there again

This was a good location to meet someone, and it was wonderful. I had the most amazing chicken parmesan wrap, it came with the best sweet potato fries I ever had. The service was great, we lingered talking, and we could just enjoy the casual atmosphere. Wish I lived closer to go more often!

This PLACE IS DISTURBINGLY DISGUSTING, I worked here and watched a waitress eat fries off of a customer's order, talk over their food, touch and engage with their phone prior to bringing out the orders. I NEVER RETURNED! Serv Safe express different as opposed to how they function 🤔. JUST BE CAREFUL GUYS, the climate of health is difficult this day and age they have no food/ sanitation etiquette AT ALL. The owners can careless about anything, but money
Waitress was amazing, quick and friendly but the food here is so bad & that says a lot because I don’t even write bad reviews. Ordered the baked mac & cheese and this came out, ts was disgusting for $17 at that. The mozzarella sticks were hard, the soup tasted like canned soup, really the only decent thing was the lasagna and even that wasn’t that great. Serving food like this gotta be a crime. Blonde waitress deserves a raise tho, she’s carrying that establishment on her back.

First time there the waitress was stressed and overwhelmed because she was the only server in the whole restaurant and the debit/credit machines were not working so I ended up having to write my card information on a piece of paper which I was very uncomfortable with. However, the food itself was AMAZING I ordered their Smokey Chipotle BBQ Mayo burger paired with their waffle fries and I went straight to heaven. Me and my wife have been back again and the food did not disappoint a bit. This time around there was plenty of staff and no issues with paying for the check. Definitely a great spot for food at a reasonable price I would recommend people who haven’t been here to give it a try.
