Absolutely disgusting service with my order. Cashier was kind but cook took no effort to care for my dietary restrictions. Asked for plain burgers with my order and when I take a seat I notice the cook sliding excess onions off the patties and slapping cheese as if this mean the flavor isn’t stuck onto the patty and still onions were left on the cheese edges and bread. Zero effort to accommodate my request I would safely choose to discard my burgers and avoid conflict and not come back to this White Castle

Straight trash. Either re train everyone or close down and re hire. This place always takes long just tobgwt your order. Fastfood is not this complicated.
