I placed the order for delivery tells me my food is one minute away 10 minutes later it says my food was ordered. I called the store. I’m put on hold. They tell me they’re calling the driver five minutes later. Somebody else gets the phone same thing. I’m calling the driver. I said the last person told me they were calling the driver. Oh, we’re extremely busy. OK it’s showing your food was delivered. I’m telling you my food was not delivered. Well it was. It was given to a man ma’am. I’m telling you my food wasn’t delivered. Well I’m telling you it was delivered and there’s nothing we can do about it. I want a refund. No it was delivered there. Nothing that we could do about it. I get to the store it wasn’t delivered like I said it but they had a story why it wasn’t but at this point just give me my money back and I’ll never come here again the white lady was very unprofessional and very rude. They probably don’t care but they lost a four-year customer

So far with so many places increasing their prices giving you less for more money, Domino's Pizza is doing the opposite. Which is why I gave them a better than usual review which is great compared to not having a lot of money to spend for towards eating out as much.

I placed an order for mac and cheese 20 minutes before closing, and not only was my order abruptly canceled without any explanation, but when I called to inquire, I was met with an appallingly hostile attitude. Instead of a basic apology or even a professional response, the employee falsely accused me of cursing—something I absolutely did not do. I was calm, direct, and simply trying to understand why my order was canceled. The level of disrespect and unprovoked aggression I received from this location is beyond unacceptable. If your staff can’t handle doing their job professionally and courteously, especially near closing time, they shouldn’t be working in customer service at all. I will never be ordering from this Domino’s again. Absolutely disgraceful behavior.

Ordered 6 pizzas for my company and they were ready and prepared by the time I arrived, They even assisted me to carry my food to the car as my hand is broken and were very friendly!

They just close whenever they want. First they blamed it on the oven but when I said " you have pizzas coming out the oven now" then he said we'll my girlfriend is not answering my calls so I'm closing early. The food is hit or miss. I would say 50/50 the good is good or bad. Half the time it's not good. I wont be ordering anymore from this location after today.

really wish i could give 0 stars. i placed the order at 6:42 pm. called at 7:26 pm to get an update. they said it would be leaving in 5-10 minutes. it didn’t leave until 7:48 pm and arrived at 8:05 pm. i had to reheat it because it was cold by time it got to my house. absolutely ridiculous.
