Arrived and there was 1 customer ahead of me and 3 people behind the counter. I waited 2 to 3 minutes and thought the guy ahead of me placed a large order. After a couple of more minutes a female arrived at the register to take his order. I heard her say she was in the back making donuts. So basically waited 4 or 5 minutes to get my order. I will not return to this location.

I'm sorry to say but this place sucks every single time I've been there they take forever when there is absolutely no one in line at the drive thru and forget walking in their service with food suck they always burn the bacon to the point is black the amount of butter that was slapped on my croissant was 2 inches thick lets be real its not cream cheese you can tell the employees at this site are not happy working I feel they need to recruit new workers and train them well because without us the consumers there will be no job and I live in the area and it's really sucky thats the ONLY dunkin donut in the gibbstown on top of providing poor service

I always get my coffee here. I’m always greeted nicely and the coffee is actually fresh. Not like other Dunkin’s that taste burned so points on that.

This is my preferred dunkin in the area. I commute to Logan twp but I think this dunkin is better than the one there. In-app orders are made quickly and I’m in and out in the mornings, and the coffee is very rarely (if ever) that acidic poor quality that other dunkin’s produce. Staff is friendly and down to business.

Past few times the older woman with the pony tail and visor hat has been getting my coffee orders wrong.. I usually love going to this one but i only stop here before work and it’s a little inconvenient when i’m on a time crunch and she can’t get my order right through the drive thru.. even after i tell her it’s wrong she still can’t get it right.. I just end up taking what she gives me because i can’t keep sitting and waiting in the drive thru for my order to be correct..

As a chain they've lost their touch on service and product. While some are good, most serve watered down coffee and old pastries to increase profits. Tim Hortons has gained my business with quality and consistency and fresh offerings.

I had to take a phone call while I was here and one of the employees yelled at me like I was a child. Claimed the regulars were calling in to complain.Well guess what? I "was" one of the regulars until now.I was the only person in the store. I will never come back to Dunkin' location again.
I ordered a small iced coffee in drive thru. The service was fine they made it fast. But the coffee was so stale and nasty I tried to fix it myself with more sugar but it was unsaveabe, the woman asked if she can make me another and I'm trying to explain to her that it's the coffee that's the problem and she's sitting here telling me no and continues to make me another iced coffee using the same stale coffee as before.i worked in fastfood and coner store markets for 5+ years. Just MAKE ANOTHER POT. It is still early to where I was not the last person they were going to serve. Coffee was F-. Yuck! Lazy staff didn't wanna keep coffee fresh just stood around talking. I'm just upset. I maybe buy myself coffee once a month and that was a disappointment of a treat.

Whoever they have staffed at this location need to be reevaluated immediately. Absolutely no nice humans to be found and really upsetting as this is the first stop for someone’s day.
