This bite is located on Main Street in Hackensack. The chef is so personable and you can see the food being made right in front of you. Everything smells so good and looks even better. I ordered kimchi fries but there wasn’t any sauce and not a lot of kimchi for the price. The sandwich and meats were delicious. They have very little seating with 3 stools against the window, otherwise there are street benches right outside
Food did not disappoint!!! Looking forward to going again!
Food so good! Great BBQ and nice fusion of kimchi and Asian sauce!
Is good to have this kind of food in town.
Highly recommended
We will come back again.
And Rob was a very friendly!
Writing this no less than 5 minutes of leaving this spot. The brisket is fantastic and the sauce is great, can’t wait to get it again next week.
Great BBQ and a friendly owner

Update Mr.Cho was correct they have been open as scheduled. Food is delicious as usual. Excited for this to be a staple and introduce it to friends and family.
Not sure what they sell anymore. place is always closed. Food was good while it lasted. Schedule is often not advertised correctly. Sad.

Austin Cho Kitchen in Hackensack, NJ. ‼️NEW SPOT ALERT! Austin Cho is now open on Main Street in Hackensack. Open Tuesday-Friday 12-7 pm…you have to try the 14-15 hours smoked brisket. It’s so juicy and flavorful. I love the hot dog, sandwhich and rice bowls all pack with flavor!
