I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and bacon and this is what I got. This is a joke. I used to come here out of convenience and it wasn't too bad, but after this I rather spend my money else where.

Just went in and asked if they had rolls. I was told rudely, “No! What you see is what you get. Remember the schedule!”
It’s 11:00 AM on Thanksgiving — as if I frequent the store daily and should magically know their menu, schedule, and what they run out of. Completely uncalled for. So rude!! I left empty handed and I was bringing it to the nursing home! I'm so mad!!!

The bagels are amazing. I haven’t been back New Jersey for a little while, and I decided to stop back at my bagel shop and to my surprise, that Bagel are puffy and beautiful soft and delicious as I always love the staff was very nice angel made my favorite sandwich bacon, egg, and cheese with a hash brown and I gotta give a shout out to the Bagel Maker keep up the good work

I placed an order today for 2 bagels with cream cheese. I get to work and there was globs and globs of cream cheese it was disgusting. Please look at photos. This is the 2nd complaint I am making. I ordered these 2 bagels on the way to work, woman calls me back to see if I wanted them toasted, 3x I told her no when I first placed the order, it's not rocketscience, it's actually sad at this point. I tried to call to see if Michael was in and I was told he's on vacation til after labor day. I hate to say I may not be coming back here anymore.

As a loyal customer, I was shocked to be charged $5.25 for such a simple combination. A regular bagel costs only $1.25, so the additional $4.00 for minimal toppings seems excessive. Furthermore, the audacity to laugh when addressing my concern was unprofessional and disheartening. As a result, I regretfully inform you that I will no longer be a customer at Bagel Buffet.
