food is always cold they suck at making big orders for what they charge its no reason the food should be under cooked veggies are always hard and sweet potatoes are always under cooked sucks that we place 400-500 dollar orders and always have problems also always has hair in the bowls ridiculous

I recently visited bites , excited to try their coffee, but my experience was disappointing due to poor customer service. Despite arriving first and waiting patiently to place my order, the staff chose to serve another customer who came in after me. It was frustrating to feel overlooked, especially as I was clearly ready to order. A simple acknowledgment or apology would have gone a long way, but unfortunately, the staff seemed more interested in moving quickly rather than treating customers fairly. It’s a shame because the atmosphere and menu looked promising, but the lack of attentiveness left me with a sour impression.?

The food here is delicious, and they can accommodate special diets! I’m gluten free and vegetarian so it’s nearly impossible to find food at restaurants. I’ve also been to restaurants that do carry gluten free stuff but then my stomach hurts - not at Bite! I can tell they’re careful with special diets here. My stomach didn’t hurt at all from Bite food. Super-convenient to Hackensack Hospital - walking distance. I got take out numerous times while attending a loved one post-surgery. I had the nachos and they were delicious! The guac was very fresh. I also had a GF veggie burger and bun that was amazing and zuchini noodles in pesto. My 20-year-old kid came one night and had the falafel and loved it. The folks who work here are very nice. Great matcha if you go in the morning. Highly recommend this place and if you have a special diet, they’ll take care of you.

Welcomed initially when I arrived, accommodated me to be able to sit at the coffee bar although I ordered ahead as I was waiting for a family remember at the e hospital.
Ordered a salad bowl. Matcha latte - I hate when they are too sweet and this one wasn’t! And a coconut chia bar. All very good and will dine with them again!
