The staff was not friendly and engaging at all. I had a disappointing experience with their service at Blendid rolled ice cream shop. They could improve by being more welcoming and attentive to customers.

Ice cream is extremely delicious. Owner is friendly however when is only the two girls at the counter not only they have zero customer service skills they took forever to make a single cream. They are on their phones, it's clear they do not want to be there. They never say hello, welcome, thank you, smile. Hopefully owner can make some changes and the store can have the success is meant to.

Ice cream is good. However, it took 40 minutes for two cups of rolled ice cream. Not only did it take long but they were about to give my one of my ice cream cups to another customer that had a to go order. That customer was honest and said it didn’t belong to them. Not sure if I will be returning.

This was a random find after dinner one night. For a cup size, it was actually bigger than we expected. Five rolls of ice cream for $9 that includes whipped cream, flavored syrups, and sometimes a cookie.It also has a cute spot to take a photo that has a swing!We enjoyed what we ordered, and definitely recommend this place to others to check out!

It was pretty packed when I came in @ around 9 p.m. on a Friday night. The young lady with the curly hair was in the store, alone & she handled herself VERY well. People were waiting, UBER/Doordash drivers were coming in and she greeted everyone and politely notified them of the wait. She was very nice, she got to everyone and because of her disposition, I didn't mind waiting at all. She didn't get overwhelmed and made to go orders, handled patrons in the store and ran the register alone. She told me it would be a half hour, I left and came back in a half hour, she handed me my ice cream. Good job young lady. I ordered the SMOREs cup and it was good. Thumbs up.

Don't come here. Took two hours for ice cream that was at best, mediocre. Excruciatingly long wait, just get regular ice cream somewhere else.

Arrived at 7:45pm on a Sunday with my child just to wait min line for 5 min, later to be told the person in front is the last one he will attend. What an unfortunate experience for my first time there.
