Good quality ecuadorian restaurant on main street in Hackensack. I had the ceviche ecuadorian style which is slightly different than the Peruvian style. The ecuadorian style is slightly cooked instead of raw.and is in a tomato based liquid. Both styles are offered at Bohemia and both are delicious. My wife had encebollado which is a onion tuna soup. It was also delicious.

The Bohemia restaurant as we know it is no longer so sad it was sold to a new owner. I walked inside the restaurant and as I was told they were new owners I decided to give them a try I sat down and ordered food but it was nothing like Bohemia no comparison I would not go eat there ever the service as well was awful I never left a restaurant so fast in my life

Ladies working there are attentive and kind. Only had the chance to make it here twice but both times the food is always fresh, quick, and delicious! Keep it up, thank you!

The most delicious caldo encebollado ( shrimp /fish Soup) in all the state of Nj. Warm service, the music was also enjoyable.

This restaurant is an amazing place to go to eat. The food is so good, the service is excellent and is one of the top noch places to go to eat with family and friends. The another reason what I like this place is because I can BRING MY OWN BOTTLE.

Very well organised and convenient place. They serve large portions and for fair prices. I enjoyed the meals very much and the staff were very affable and informative. Will definitely recommend this restaurant.

I found this place through Groupon and purchased a $30 voucher for $21. I made a reservation for same day dining 15 mins before arrival and the restaurant was not busy at all (Saturday around 7:30pm.)We ordered a sweet cornbread appetizer covered in cheese. I don't recommend it because the cheese was hot but the cornbread was still cold or warm in certain areas. It was very dry and maybe even missing sauce. My husband ordered a breaded steak entree and it came with a generous cup of beans to go with his rice. Very filling and flavorful for him.I ordered the mixed seafood ceviche verde, which means it comes with avocado. I want to say the dish could have had more lime juice. Salt was added but your know it wasn't mixed in evenly. Certain areas was saltier than other areas. I am very happy with the portion, I over ate because i didn't want to get the seafood to go for next day's meal. Mixed seafood consists of shrimp, baby octopus, larger octopus legs, squids, and fish. I didn't get that many fish, maybe 6 small pieces. The dish came with fried plantain chips. The menu showed long plantain chips (whole plantain length) on their menu. Unfortunately, the dish came with broken Up chips. In other words, I felt like I was deceived and disappointed because I do love plantain chips. I did manage to see other reviews and photo post and saw others with full length plantain chips. Also, my hubby ordered a soda and we reminded two servers to bring it over.To be honest, you think you're getting a deal through Groupon, however, you get less food overall and there is an automatic 18% tagged onto the bill because we were using a Groupon deal. I understand they are running a business. There really is no deal but we got to try the restaurant out and glad the food is decent.Overall food was excellent and we will come back again. First visit was not impressive considering we are first time customers. Maybe next time we will have better services with normal portion dishes resembling the photos of the dishes on the menu... if we don't use a Groupon deal!

Each time we go there or my mom gets takeout, we are impressed by the quality of the food. The staff is warm and accommodating. We highly recommend this place! Try any of the ceviches. They are to die for!!!!

A hidden gem in Hackensack! I do miss the "in person" experience as the staff is SO friendly (especially Ali, David, owner Jorge and all others). Food is amazing and good value for the money - even now when take-out. Avocado & chicken salad is like no place else. Their fish Corvina is delicious too and not on any other menu that I've seen. The flan is also amazing - a bit different than other places as more firm and flavorful (well done Jorge!).

The foods are good. Except parking, since the city is repairing majority of Main Street...!

Placed an order at 1:20pm. It's pass 3:30pm and haven't received the order. Called the restaurant and no answer. Send them an email no response either. Checked my credit card and they charged my order. Very disappointed I like the food but this action has definitely made me never order here again. I'm still waiting for my reimbursement.

Ordered mini bandeja and pork lunch. There was zero flavor on both lunch and both meat were hard like they were from prior day. If you going to open in cuarentena provide a good service! It was my birthday, you ruined ?horrible choice. Also they claim to be Colombian, I think the owners and stuff are Ecuadorian. No Colombian flavor.

I made an order for delivery and it took them 2 hours to delivery my food. People order food to eat it hot and fresh not frozen. I won’t recommend this place to any one worse service ever

I love this spot! They prepare decent meals, they have a rich menu, The chief cook in that restaurant is a professional, I love very much tasting all their dishes. The dishes are always tasty, the service towards the clients is friendly. I frequently visit this restaurant and I was never disappointed. Highly recommended.
