Terrible service with an attitude. Younger girl who works there has passive aggressive attitude problem. Refused to sell quarter chickens despite it being on the menu. Told us they only sell half chickens now. M Also lied about not having any sauces. How do you run out of sauces before 5pm? Service at the other Boston Market on Essex st is much nicer and accommodating. Take your money elsewhere.

I don’t know where the negative comments come from I’ve been to this place so many times and I’ve never had an issue the food is better for you than if you were to go to other fast food places the service was fast and people working were very sweet

I picked up a turkey I had ordered online for Thanksgiving, and after a 30-minute drive home, I opened it to find it moldy. I immediately went back to the store to show them, and instead of apologizing, they just said “okay” and told me to call for a refund since it was an online order.
I had to stand there and make a phone call the get connected, I was told the refund could be handled in-store. There was guy who works there was not helpful at all.
Selling spoiled food like this is completely unacceptable and I was completely disappointed.
If you buy anything from here, make sure you check it carefully. I can’t imagine eating food from a place with untrained, uncaring staff. I will never go back.

This Boston Market is special. The owner/manager is an amazing human being. Not only that but the quality and care of the food that comes out of this kitchen is outstanding compared to other locations as well as the excellent service. Give this location a shot, it’s well worth it in comparison to other locations!

After reading some reviews, my family and I hesitated to order Boston Market.
I’m so pleased we ordered. We had the 6-person family meal and one combo meal. Everything, and I underscore, everything, was PERFECT!
Chicken was fresh and juicy. Sides were fantastic: sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes and creamed spinach!
It’s sad when only the exceptions post about a negative experience but many positives don’t get mentioned.
We can’t wait to order from Boston Market again!
