The yams were completely tasteless and extremely dry, while the Mac and cheese was soupy. To put it bluntly, it was terrible and not at all like it used to be.

I really wanted some turkey, gravy and mashed potatoes. The gravy was liquid, nasty swampy water vibes with no gravy flavor or texture. It only tasted salty. Turkey was dry and tasted too salty. Mashed potatoes were ok and corn tasted off.

Placed a holiday catering order with this location. Have done so before. Order was incorrect this time - missing items, wrong items included, the food that was prepared was also not very good. Super frustrating and disappointing. Tried reaching out to this specific location to fix the situation, as well as online, phone, email, only to reach no one for the past 2 weeks. Keep being told no manager is at this location to speak with. Don't understand how a business can operate that way? Really, really bad customer experience, especially with a big catering order. Would really like to be refunded.

Disappointed with my visit to this location. I should have looked at the reviews. While the atmosphere was nice and location is convenient, the service and food quality leaves much to be desired. The cashier was super unfriendly and the mashed potatoes I received were cold as if they came out of the refrigerator. Additionally the Diet Coke (fountain) tasted like cherry Diet Coke which tells me they don’t clean those machines. Not somewhere I will be returning to, unfortunately.
Should’ve read the reviews before I’ve made my purchase via Ubereats. The dark chicken Is dry and flavorless. How can you even do that? It’s sad to see how far Boston market has fallen.

This place was the worst. The service was horrible. The rolling of the eyes, really got me. I had just got to the counter as a customer just finished paying. Ten minutes past before someone asked me for my order, then walked away. Came back another 5 min later. Have my order again and there was the eye roll. Besides moving as slow as they come, the facial expressions where unreal and I would have fired the person immediately if this happened in one of my stores. Make a long story short. It took 45 min for me to get my order. I will never go back nor recommend this place to anyone. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I really love Boston Market, especially this one. All food is amazing and the atmosphere is great. The service could use some work though. They all have some sort of attitude. They also sponsor a good cause. The cause is Give Kids The World Village. As a kid with a disease I went there.
