The food was delicious. Had a cheese pizza, fried calamari and mozzarella squares. The sauces on the side were tasty and homemade. The pizza sauce and cheese fresh. The only downfall it’s cash only place
Some pieces of dough in breadsticks and pizza crust surprisingly contained sugar, so they tasted sweet. I could understand slightly salty, but sweet??
I always loved Brooklyn Pizza and it's link to the GREAT Grimaldi heritage. You'd never taste sugar at Grimaldi. Hopefully it is a one time spill/fluke.

Absolutely superb pizza! The ingredients tasted so fresh. Great tasting sauce and cheese. Great service. One of the best, if not the best pizza spots in the are. They’re doing things the old school way, and they’re doing it right.
