We ordered a small ice cream cake that serves 4 through DoorDash tonight. The options were pink, blue and no writing. We chose no writing so we could add our own. The cake we received said Happy Fathers Day… nice to know their selling cakes from last June. It’s also not what we ordered.

The ice cream was good but I had hair in it. The worker was wearing her hair in a messy bun about to fall out with pjs on. She was also on her phone the whole time and she was not wearing gloves. Her hand touched the ice cream when she was putting it in the cup. The store is very dirty.

Excellent Carvel store, they offer so many options for ice cream cakes - all readily available. They also take custom orders if you want a special design or specific image printed on the cake. Service is fast and seating area is clean. Also has a small outdoor area right up front. Seems to be a popular spot as there is usually a line the times I have gone but the line moves quickly. Highly recommend for a quick scoop or ready made cake

I’m not one to care much about aesthetics but this location gives the true feel of a homey and original carvel. The staff are immensely polite and although there are long lines at times, i’ve never been greeted with anything but a kind smile. The icecream is a plus too!

Disappointing experience. Servers poorly trained. Notwithstanding specific instructions name on cake was incorrectly added. They could not make it right and did not know how to issue a refund. No customer service skills.

The ice cream itself wasn't bad at all. Maybe it's just because I went a bit later, but the parking lot is a bit trashy. Trash, spilled milk, and hectic drivers make the atmosphere a bit annoying, but livable. The employees seemed pressed for time, definitely in a rush, which comes off as rude when they're serving. If none of that matters to you, and you just want ice cream, it's alright, stop by.

I Called today to get a soccer theme ice cream cake for my son and the girl who answered the phone was excellent. My son asked for this last minute and she explained all the options and flavors . Excellent service . Will continue to order from there in the near future
