These poor workers are in the freezing cold shivering all for the sake of speed? They need to fix this immediately. It is 35 degrees and they aren't even under the warmers. Fix this immediately, it's unethical and disgusting.

ordered a few chic fi la sauces with order and saw the person tap the screen repeatedly for them but upon receiving my order i got every other sauce they have, never happens at other locations, don’t know where the professionalism went with this place

Gave me a cup with a lid that will not stay closed. Thank god I didn’t spill it & I truly believe the person who brought it out to me knew because she stared at me and it felt off. I also requested unsweetened iced tea and half lemonade. I have zero doubts they gave me sweet tea and lemonade 🙄

I placed my order with Aaron, he was very courteous and welcoming. Although the lady beside him I believe she’s a manager (Shayla) needs to work on her greeting of customers, she did not look happy at all as if she didn’t want to be at work. I double checked my receipt to which everything was correct. When I got home I looked in my bag to find they gave me the wrong sauce and the wrong cheese on my sandwich. When I started to eat the “spicy” sandwich it was disgusting with no flavor or spice and was not crispy. I was also the manager of a food place before and I would never let the piece of lettuce that was on my sandwich leave the kitchen. I had to throw out the sandwich. Will never visit this location again.

I ordered a salad to go for dinner and opened it when I got home. Unfortunately it was completely inedible so guess who didn’t have dinner that night? The lettuce was so old that it was wet, pink/brown, and withered. Look at the photo for reference. If you order a salad, make sure you check the lettuce on the bottom of the container before leaving.

I ordered a milkshake, thru mobile order. I was waiting for over 20 mins on 10/10/25 around 1:00-1:20. I could see my milkshake thru the window, no one came out to give it to me. I sat in my car waiting for. The dude with the curly hair and orange and yellow vest blatantly ignored me until I came inside to get it. I barely get 30mins for lunch and I wasted all of it waiting for a singular milkshake. FOR THE EMPLOYEES DO UR JOB AND STOP CHITCHATTING!! Ridiculous!

Drive thru needs to be better organized. We have people receiving their food and getting stuck waiting 10 minutes for the car in the front of the line to get their food. HAVE THESE PEOPLE PULL OVER. Wasting all my lunch waiting for everyone else to get their food. Get it together!!

A few days ago, I visited this Chick-fil-A and ordered just one chicken sandwich meal, which should have cost around $12. When I later checked my credit card account, I noticed a second unexpected charge of $19.93. I assumed it was a processing error and called the restaurant to ask them to check their records or credit card transactions.

Unfortunately, they were dismissive and couldn’t find the extra charge. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and called again later. They eventually refunded me the money, but I was disappointed that I had to follow up multiple times, and no one ever reached out to me first. It was clearly a mistake on their end.

What made things worse was that after expressing my concern and how serious this could be for other customers, the person on the phone hung up on me. That’s not acceptable customer service.

So just a heads-up to anyone visiting this location: always double-check your receipt and your bank statement. You could be charged twice, and if you don’t catch it, they may not either.

I love Chick-fil-A and their food but I just can’t come here after how my food came. They missed a meal took very long to come and I would not recommend. I came here with my family and the price was $50, not so bad. Im not trying to be a Karen, but please don’t come here if you wanna get half of what you paid for.

Food was absolute garbage , you can tell it’s getting worse , thought I would be smarter by ordering chicken deluxe no lettuce because it was rotten past few times , this time bread was stale , Mac & cheese looked like it came from the bottom of a pot ! Not going again ! What happened to chick-fil-A?!!!!
