Food was absolute garbage , you can tell it’s getting worse , thought I would be smarter by ordering chicken deluxe no lettuce because it was rotten past few times , this time bread was stale , Mac & cheese looked like it came from the bottom of a pot ! Not going again ! What happened to chick-fil-A?!!!!
Service Stinks there and who the high boss Should be fired out of the Company how they tell Employees off if they do something wrong would not recommend this place to anybody only thing that is good is Mac Cheese only.
Clean facility and friendly staff. My son has food allergies and the staff makes sure to serve safe food him (they change gloves and prepare fresh fruits from scratch for him). Very grateful and thankful that they understand food allergies. Highly recommend!

After trying these location several times, I’ve came to the conclusion that this is the worst tasting chick fi la in the area. The chicken isn’t always white meat, and it taste funky majority of the time. I’ve never had a rude customer service experience here, but I had whole menu items missing from my pick up orders, so check your bag. But I’m mostly just completely disappointed and disgusted by the food here.
Disappointing Experience at Chick-fil-A, Route 4, Hackensack, NJ I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service my sister and I received at the Chick-fil-A location on Route 4 in Hackensack today. During my visit with my sister, we encountered several issues. My sister placed her order first through the drive-thru. When it was time to pay, I offered my rewards code since she did not have one. The attendant refused to accept it and told me I could use it for my order instead. After my sister received her order, we were instructed to move forward because my order wasn’t ready. I then had to wait for approximately ten frustrating minutes with no updates or explanations. When I went inside to speak with the manager, I was informed that my salad had just been given to my sister, but there was no apology or acknowledgment of the delay and inconvenience we experienced. The manager’s attitude was dismissive and unhelpful. This was the same manager who had previously told my sister she needed to place a second order if she wanted to change the size of her fries. Chick-fil-A is known for its excellent customer service and delicious food, but this location has repeatedly failed to meet those standards. Given these repeated issues, I believe a review of management and customer service practices is necessary. As a result of this experience, and of those in the past I will not be returning to this location. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these concerns.

We were coming back from a trip and stopped and the drive thru for dinner. Honestly drive thru was super easy and the food was fast and good.
I went inside to order a little cup of whipped cream for our pup once we were done eating. I noticed that they had some when we got our food. When I asked for a “little cup of whipped cream for my dog” the cashier said “oh like a pup cup, sure” and then came back two seconds later saying that they don’t do that anymore. I said I would pay for it and they still said no. Just kind of strange and feels like a weird hill to die on imo.
