terrible service. this is my second time calling and they are so rude. i called about two weeks ago to place an order and then the guy asked me for my card information but i was going to pick up so it made no sense. so then i was asking questions and they hung up on me because they thought i was prank calling. and i called today to place an order for delivery and they said they do dont that so i said okay and hung up. and then called again because i changed me mind so i was going to pick it up. and then the guy says in order for u to order u have to come and pay here. when makes no sense. terrible service. highly don’t recommend.

Honestly good food but let me start with the Serivce and the attitude. This guys attitude is GARBAGE!!! Don’t even get me started on .25 cents a packet for sauce. Also this guy charges you for things without telling you such as the bag you get and any other things you ask for. Moral of the story good food but douche bag behind the counter. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place he is the biggest crook he will add extra charges while ringing you up without even letting you know what he's charging you for. For example if you ask for extra barbecue sauce on your ribs while he's cooking them he'll charge you $1.50 extraa then when you pick up your order because they don't deliver he'll ask you do you want a bag and if you say yes he'll charge you $0.55 for the bag. Without telling you it's costing you. There's not a Chinese restaurant in Bergen county that charges you for bags to put your food. And if that's not bad enough even though you're paying with your credit card and its over $10 he will charge your credit card extra money also. Please stay away from this place. And the price he charges you for food is not the prices on the menu. If you order a combination you get more rice than the actual food you ordered. What he's doing is illegal and I will be reporting him. I am sick and tired of him ripping off people that walk through those doors I'm not the first and I won't be the last check out his reviews.

The worst service ? .. the person who serves customers is disrespectful.... they don't use a mask to serve people.... there are times when they put it on and take off the mask... they insult people but. When they tell him to repeat it, his legs tremble... I will not buy in that place again... I will not buy in that place again, that person is very unpleasant... he is an unpleasant person for customer service
