We made a reservation for 8:00 PM expecting to be seated on time, but when we arrived, we were told to wait. That wait turned into an entire hour, which was extremely frustrating. A reservation should guarantee a table, and unfortunately, the restaurant did not seem organized or respectful of their guests’ time.
There was little communication or apology from the staff, which made the situation even more disappointing. I understand restaurants can get busy, but making customers wait that long defeats the purpose of having a reservation. I hope management improves their scheduling because this experience left a very negative impression.

Absolutely delicious food! The skirt steak was perfectly cooked and the empanada was flavorful. We also had provoleta which was a good complement to everything else. The alfajores for desert were out of this world and we got an extra bag to go.

Picked up on TooGoodToGo and had an absolutely horrendous experience. When I walked in last night the staff member (chubby guy) at the counter was on the phone. I waited till he got off the phone but he went on to pour drinks, bag takeaway and speak to his staff before he would address me. When I showed him my screen he sighed and asked me to wait a couple of minutes. More time go by and he seemed agitated seeing that I was still waiting by the counter. He handed me a bag which had a half filled platter of yellow rice and 3 sausages inside. I would not have complained as this is all they might have had left at the end of the day but the food was stale. The rice was hard cold and the sausages had a sour stench. I walked back in to return the food as I planned on getting a refund through the app. I was more disappointed when he reluctantly just took the food back without questions and laughed it off with a coworker while I was exiting. The other reviews about service and food quality adds up to my experience and I wish I didn’t go out of my way to drive to this restaurant.
