The food is excellent, very good but there should be a person to serve the tables. It has already been several times since it arrived at the place and the cashier has to serve the tables, clean and attend to the cashier, which takes a long time to wait, you should see a specific person for that care, they should take that into account.

Terrible service from the gentleman who helped me today, the times that the girls who have attended to me have gone well and he still tells me that I wasted his time with that character, my dear, what they are going to lose is clients.

The best empanada I've ever had in my life. It's also a stroke of genius to put your dimly lit cafe right next to an optometrist<3 I had a great lunch here and the woman working the counter was super sweet

We bought a couple of empanadas at noon today. The two cheeses were fine, but in one of the beef we found something rubbery, tube-like, about 2-3" long. Very disgusting.?? I made a video and some pictures of it!

Today, September 15, I had a bad experience from which we do not plan to return to this establishment. The lady who served you was rude. We asked her for two small coffees and she made a mistake and made a big mistake when I told her that she was wrong. She got upset and became upset. to discuss with the client it is 9:47 in the morning this does not happen anywhere the client does not have to receive bad attitudes and taps from the person who serves him I come to look for a relax and have a coffee and not to find that ruin my day. You should be friendly and keep a smile, remember the problems at home, you should not bring them to work, the client does not have to put up with this. I am not going to return again, no one likes being brought like this. I also wanted to report that they are keeping the change and not even They ask even if they are cents, they should ask the customer and not take the risk of taking the change. I asked for my change and she responded with rudeness, those are two bad experiences. I will never return.

Colombia Bakery was okay, but it didn't quite hit the mark. The beef empanada tasted good, but even though I asked for it warm, it came out cold and a bit chunky inside. The guava and cheese pastry was tasty, but there wasn’t enough filling, and the pastry didn’t seem that fresh. I'd give it 3 stars—decent flavors, but could’ve been better. Reasonable prices.

They took a customer that was behind me & I waited on line for nothing. When I told the lady I was next she just defended the guy she took, no apologies, nothing.

Don’t bother going in if you are not Hispanic. My daughter walked in and sat down. No one came over to attend to us for over 5 min. A Hispanic woman walked in and sat down and was immediately attended to. We walked out and went next door to Bonanza where we were welcomed with open arms

The place and staffs are very nice! Unfortunately the food it's not even close to good, I ordered a coffee which tasted like water coffee from a gas station.. Definitely not typical Spanish coffee with the foam... I order a few Chicken baked empanadas and they were not tasty at all, chicken inside was dried and in big pieces plus was cold and I order my breakfast at 7:30am which should be fresh at least some where warm. Not my first time, disappointed at the taste of the food ??

The staff is polite but the service is extremely slow. Not sure if the problem is the kitchen or if it is the servers. There were 4 people tending the customers and it felt like there was no structure in their process to help make the process smooth. I had to end up requesting that my food be placed to go and even that took long. Too bad because it’s a new place. Additionally the Pan de Bono has a vinagery after taste. No the best I have had.

Visited the Colombian Bakery Factory after its re-opening after it was remodel. Really nice new and modern look inside & out. Food was great (ordered beef empanadas, buñelos, pandequesos, cheese & ham bread, hot chocolates & coffee w/cream). All and all, great pricing when compared to rival bakeries from Noches de Colombia & Bonanza which are a bit more pricey). Will definitely be coming back. Enjoy the no hassle of having to wait to be seated. Simply walked in, order, paid and sat down in one of the many tables that open. Bakery management mentioned that they will also be offering breakfast & lunch menus soon. Also noticed that you can place order for cakes for all types of occasions (see pic).
