Don't go to the Hackensack Domino's they give you attitude and problems general manager or so she said was ignoring me wouldn't give me her name to report her to corporate with power tripping over adding a little extra sauce to chicken that in the picture is drenched I go to the Domino's in Rochelle Park normally and they have no issues taking care of the customers this general manager who refused to give her name power trips and gives you attitude so sad to say

Been going to Domino's for years. Waited on the interior for 20 minutes after they said that my order was done. What happened was that the pizza was done, but the side dishes were not done. Stayed there 25 minutes got home. Everything was cold , pizza, wings except the cinnamon twists which they put in at the end. No one at the front desk. The TV that actually held the queue of the orders was not working terrible terrible terrible. Noone there cares.

I recently placed an order at store 4538. I mistakenly entered the wrong address. Upon realizing I entered the wrong address I called the store to correct it immediately. I spoke with an employee and he ensured me it was fixed. The driver ended up going to the wrong address anyway. The manager Angelica called me to let me know they don't go to my address. I explained to her my address is literally right around the corner from the location. She went back and forth with me, arguing, raising her voice.i even asked her to just step outside to confirm the cross street and gave her another business on the block to ensure I am right around the corner. She didn't want to hear me out. I had to let her know she will not hear what I am saying if she is talking over me. After 10 minutes of arguing with Angelica (the manager of 4538) on Main St. In Hackensack NJ. SHE HUNG UP ON ME! I immediately got in my car to retrieve the pizza I paid for online and went around the corner to pick it up only to find the driver isn't back with my food yet. I have 3 children I need to feed. As a manager myself I WOULD NEVER SPEAK TO A CUSTOMER THE WAY ANGELICA SPOKE TO ME. EVER! She was rude, short, cold, even in person.

Today, Sunday, the boy who helped me has a very bad attitude since he walked in and looked at me badly and that's how it was the whole time he was working alone, so I didn't say anything to him. I greeted him and he didn't answer me and when I left I said thank you and he didn't even look at me, he was super rude. And I come with a smile and I remain friendly to see if he changes his attitude but no... he made me feel as if the pizza was given to him?
