Let me just start by saying all the YOUNG ADULTS are pleasant at this location! Been coming here all summer and never had a issue ordering. This one star is directly for maria! According to her you cannot customize a refresher even though there are refreshers on the menu that come with cold foam. She wont even let you pay the $1 up-charge either. I’ve never been to a dunkin where I couldn’t choose what I wanted on MY DRINK!!! I’ve ordered here previously and never had an issue until I encountered her. She is miserable and would rather the location lose money. Her customer service is extremely poor and she has a serious attitude. Based on these reviews i’m not the only person who has encountered her miserableness. Please find a job that doesn’t involve you handling customers because you clearly lack customer service skills. Save your money and time and drive down the street to little ferry or hackensack ave Dunkin. I went to both locations and ordered my drink exactly how I wanted it without issues or attitude. I’ll continue avoiding this location and i’d advise you to do the same. Starbucks is down the street as well. :)

Would it kill you guys to fill it to the top? All their drinks come half filled, so the prices should be cut in half. Whoever is the manager at this store is doing a terrible job. Please do better if you guys are smart. Or stay doing a terrible job, whatever. Do your job right.

The manager here is disgusting. There have been two times I’ve had an issue with this location whether it be in the drive-through or in person. 8”I Believe her name is Maria She’s not accommodating she doesn’t listen to you and all she says is there’s nothing I can do. Today there was an issue with a gift card I have received. It says there is a balance of five dollars on here, but when they proceeded to scan it, it didn’t cover the whole balance. She wants me to call corporate at 8 AM in the morning when all I wanted was a small coffee there’s a Dunkin Probably five minutes down the block I’d rather go there instead of being serviced by them.

Solid dunkin donuts. Haven't had any issues so far. The drive thru experience has been pleasant so far and the food comes out in good time. The location of it was kind of surprising, being in a gas station and all, but great nonetheless.

My family had order a 6 dollar meal deal. We gave a 20 dollar bill and did not receive change the total was $11 and the bagels were burnt. Such a disappointment
