At first I found myself wanting to deduct a star or two because I asked for a side of Maduros (fried sweet plantains) only to end up with two small pieces. I wish I had checked the bowl before I left, however the food was delicious, fresh and a good portion for the price so i can forgive them this time!

When a restaurant owner whose business is in severe DECLINE makes a Police report against a regular 3 year CUSTOMER who has spent thousands in that establishment from Opening night—-due to a MEDICAL DISORDER; then has the audacity to spread the LIE around the surrounding businesses??
I’m a disabled Senior Citizen! How DARE YOU disparage my “incident” as if I PURPOSELY DID IT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RESTAURANT ON THE FLOOR!!!!!!!!! Yet you continued to take my money for 6 months after my incident that is beyond my physical CONTROL! Along with illegally discriminating me because I have. A LEGALLY REGISTERED SERVICE DOG.
When I first met you, you Cowered away from a 10 pound LEGAL SERVICE DOG! Properly leashed and vested; I also offered you my legal papers for her which you REFUSED TO LOOK AT! By the way, I am NOT LEGALLY required to do that! You only let me sit at one table next to the DOOR- you legally cannot segregate disabled persons- and FALSELY MADE A POLICE REPORT THAT I URINANTED IN YOUR RESTAURANT!!!!!!!!!!! And told the entire COMMUNITY THAT!!!
I am DISABLED, i immediately excused myself from your establishment; and merely had a slight stain on my pants, I made sure I cleaned my seat, you rushed me out of there PHYSICALLY! All of the above is ILLEGAL ACCORDING TO THE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT! 😡
Now that I’m hearing your false claims and the snide lies from others, not to mention the BLATANT LIES YOU ACCUSED ME OF which is DEFAMATION OF CHARACTER on more than one occasion in public in front of your EMPTY roomful of chairs, and the way you victimize your waiter on social media!
He’s always been very polite, attentive and done a GREAT job of serving me, which i reflected in my tip whoever served EACH TIME I was in your establishment. I speak nothing but 100% TRUTH- including the birthday party I RESERVED THERE, you didn’t even clear our dinner plates before serving the CAKE- then you hovered over my party to rush us out of there- they travelled from out of STATE for the occasion. They were indignant as hell afterwords!
Get a food truck and serve take out because no one wants anything but that, I’ve been told by many customers, including ex customers. By their OWN experiences! Nothing to do with mine. Finally- I gave you so many 5 star ⭐️ reviews including pictures and very well written reviews.
YOU REMOVED THEM!!!! ?????
Here’s your Karma. Btw, No gentleman EVER CALLS A LADY and i quote “A MONSTER”! You claim that is how I behaved in your “place”; yet you let me in 2-3 times a week for 2 YEARS? You have some explaining to do.

This place has never let me down, from the traditional Domican food, down to the amazing Domican infused variety of Sushi, prices are very fair and portions are right. The platters are also priced very fairly with a nice portion of food.

Bangin bangin bangin. Sancocho, pernil, morro rice, beef stew, ox tail… can’t go wrong. Best Dominican food I’ve tried in the area.

The food was absolutely outstanding! It’s been a long time since I’ve been to a restaurant where every dish was so delicious. Everything was well-prepared, flavorful, and clearly made with care. It was a great experience all around—definitely a place I’d recommend and look forward to visiting again.

First time eating here and wow....HIGHLY RECOMMEND. If you're looking for a delicious latino restaurant with a broad variety food menu, then this is your spot! A hidden gem indeed. Try their Mofongo!

Customer service was amazing, food was even better. The owner O was personable, patient, inviting and kind. The lunch special had so many options, we didn’t know which one to choose. He let us try some before making our decision. 10/10!

Unfortunately I didn't get to eat here. I arrived. It was an hour and a half before they closed. We asked for a table for three. They all looked at each other and didn't bother to acknowledge that I was there to sit me at a table. So my kids and I left

Great experience here! Food was top level and made with love. Unique flavors, good atmosphere and great hospitality. Our favorite was the chicken tostones montaditos and the chicken mofongo (pictured) was also delicious.

First time here but was pleasently surprised by the authentic Dominican taste and preparation of the food. We had the chicarron de pollo with tostones and the jola with shimp, both dishes arrived perfectly garnished and tasted wonderful . This is my go to place in Hackensack from now on.
