Why can't I put zero star for this kind of business?!They're not even a BBB accredited.United Merchant Services which now operates under the name of **** and or UP Solution, located on Rt. 17 in **********, ** is an unethical credit card processing service company out there. Their own technician told us that we didn't need to return the broken terminal. He didn't even want to take it back with him once the new terminal was installed. Yet, after we closed our account with them, they charged us $75 for late return fee, per equipment.When asked why, they simply pulled up an old contract that was over 10 years old and highlighted a fine print that most people can't or don't bother reading.One of their many employees could have sent me a courtesy email notifying me of late fees, but they simply waited months to incur the maximum late fee and withdrew directly from my account without even notifying me. They even charged me $75 for a pin pad that cost $10 online! For my 10+ years of loyalty and revenue, they could have provided better service. Highway robbery fees. Be warned and read the fine print. They're nice to you while you're their customer but after that, keep an eye on your bank account.
