I recently visited Fluffies Hot Chicken and had a disappointing experience. I waited for 40 minutes for my order, which was just a mixed fries and a mac chicken entree. What was frustrating was that customers who ordered after me were getting their food much faster.

I approached the front counter multiple times to check on my order, but the staff just brushed me off, saying it would be ready soon. Eventually, my friend went up to inquire about our food, only to find out that my order had never even been sent to the cooks. Once they finally got it moving, it was prepared in just two minutes.

The restaurant was packed, and it was chaotic with so many people waiting for their meals. There was no system in place for tracking orders, which made the wait even more irritating. Overall, I was really disappointed with the service and would think twice before returning.

These guys are awesome people and awesome food!!! I discovered them 3 months ago looking for halal food around my area. Clean food and not oily at all. Quantity wise the food is good enough for 2 people to eat. Definitely if you are around the area try their tandoori chicken with rice. Guaranteed you will not go any where else.

I got looped in from all the TikTok hype. It’s worth it. It definitely tastes better because of all of the advertising saying it does. But, still yum. A LOT of food. Thanks guys!

Omg it's delicious and the potatoes are so crispy I love it.

Food is great. The place is mobbed full of people waiting, waiting, waiting to order or to pick up an order. It is not a place optimized for dine in. The online ordering system is terrible. My food was ready and I received a text message 30 minutes later that it was available for pickup. If they can fix the ordering and wait process, this would be 5 stars. Food is great.

Good food but the chaotic energy gets overwhelming when trying to pick up food, last time I ordered for pickup and they completely messed up my order and charged for two sandwiches which weren’t in the bag. After I got home and realized I called to get a refund and had to call at least 3 different times and talk to multiple people saying they weren’t sure what to do and that they’d try refunding me when they weren’t so busy, it never happened.
