I really wanted to like this place. All of the photos online really hyped this place up. The food came out fast. Something I can’t stand is when food still has fat left on it. There was so much fat in my chicken, I just stopped eating it since I was so grossed out. Also, the Mac n cheese is awful. Would really prefer a new recipe

The food is amazing, very addicting and makes you go back for more, I get the same fluffies Mac and chicken, and sometimes I splurge and get the fluffies poutine. I never have a problem with the food... My biggest annoyance with this place is when ordering and picking the food up. I'm sure it may be better when dining in, not sure, but whenever I try to order on the weekends and some Thursdays, in the evening time let's say 8ish, it's always a mess of people waiting for orders and I can almost never just peacefully pick mine when, because even when ordering in advance of 15 to 20 minutes I sometimes still wait for 10 whole minutes standing there with every other mannequin there, huddled up almost shoulder to shoulder. It's worse when I try to go during my lunch at work since even when ordering early, then making the 24 minute drive, if it isn't Monday thru Wednesday, I'm most likely waiting minimum 5 minutes to actually grab my food and leave. Something needs to be done about that, if at all possible. Won't stop me from eating there tho lol it's just an annoyance

Ordered online and the food was ready for pickup. Ordered the Fries, slaw & 3 chicken strips -No issues and will order again, I also ordered the mozzarella bites were ok. The food was good. So glad I ordered ahead there was a bit of a line.
My fiancé and I are from LI, NY, but we were in NJ for a little getaway and we tried this place out.. and omg. I wish there was one on Long Island!! We actually went 2 days in a row lol. I got the tandoori rice bowl and my fiancé got the fluffies filled mac and cheese with fries. They were both so good we were eating out of each other’s plate! We also shared a mango lassi .. never had it before, but it was fire ? I also loved the fact that you guys are open til late as well! For the late night munchies. Another adventure to a place I keep hearing about. Fluffies, who my daughter thought was a pet store. She was slightly disappointed. Small place but as we approached we noticed that every table inside had customers and there was a line of people waiting to order. First thought was that this is a popular place. Got to the register and the guy there was friendly and helpful. Since it was my first time, he offered almost everything on the menu, just to taste test. Ordered 7 dinners which came up to $111 so not bad on the pricing. The food... The chicken breast strips are actually fried to perfection. We took the medium rub, which was slightly spicy. Seasoned fries and the chopped up chicken breast were the hit. Only negative was the fact that we took the food home and notice a large fries and 1 chicken and fries was missing. Should have checked the bag. A crowded place like this with a lot of walk in customers and phone orders are bound the slip up. But other than that, the food was really good! You made the list!Dietary restrictions: This is mainly fried food. Fried chicken.Parking: The parking is free but it's a very small parking lot. Luckily many people order to pick up so cars are coming and going.Wheelchair accessibility: You can get a wheel chair through the door but it gets so crowded, I would suggest not to.
