This place is run by amateurs who care nothing about good customer relationships.
After bad storms the night before, I arrive at 6:56 for coffee and a muffin. The "Open" sign was lit up, and the door unlocked. I walked in and was promptly and rudely told that they did not open for another 5 minutes and I would have to wait outside. I asked if they had muffins and was told maybe on the weekend.
Despite their advertising muffins on their website, this is the second time I was told that they didn't have any and come back on the weekend.
Even though the quality is not as good, I drove down the street to the local Dunkin Donuts and got what I wanted.
I will not be returning to Glaze Donuts anytime soon.
