Great Wall Chinese Restaurant

The rudest customer service I have ever ordered from. Spent Almost $65 in food for my family for them to not delivery certain items and when I called to ask for what I paid they Asian lady yelled at me and said “not now later delivery.” Then proceeded to put someone else on the phone to curse me out because she couldn’t do it properly. I have never argued over food but if I spent almost $100 for food I would like the items I paid for! Who curses someone out over stuff they paid for. Scammers at this place ! They don’t give refunds either. !

Ordered a large soup and saw the cook reuse an old pre-packed soup, reheat it, and mix it with a new portion. The old soup poured out like sludge. When I confronted him, he didn’t deny it. Took my money back — first and last time here. Be aware.

They did an excellent job on my steamed green beans with broccoli and chicken. Rice and white sauce on the side. If you want a zero oil Chinese food experience I highly recommend this spot. There's sauce is excellent! They have a variety of steamed options.

won’t ever order from here again food was horrible tasted like they steamed the meat and was unedible . called them to complain fell on deaf ears. The food went from the resturant right into my trash.

We ordered chicken with rice and shrimps. Instead of shrimps we got onion, and chicken was so fried 🙈

Rude and disrespectful. The guy apparently said he gave me more money, when he infact owed me 48 cents. Then when he came back I approached him and he called me stupid. Do not order anything from this place. Buy from new east, where you are respected

Ordered sweet & sour chicken, shrimp lomein, egg drop soup & spring rolls. My chicken was overdone and the chicken was dry & chewy, the brown rice was sticky & mushy. The shrimp lomein was tasteless and the shrimp was tiny and rubbery. The spring rolls weren’t crispy and had a strange taste. The only thing that was just ok was the soup. Also, the order took almost an hour to arrive and I live less than a mile away and it was cold. Tried this place because my usual spots were closed on Tuesday. I will never order from here again.

Ordered the 4 chicken wings and 2 shrimp rolls and wow did that food come fried and burnt. Hairs on the chicken wings disgusting yukkk!!!

We would order from them for our office a couple of times a week. They use a call center that is terrible at doing it's job. Our orders have not shown up and operators will be chewing of food while attempting to take our order. Last time it was clear that the operator was completely distracted and after 5 minutes of trying to order 2 items I gave up. Probably will never try them again.

I have always been served with a smile at Great Wall. I typically get the wonton soup, General Tso, or Lo Mein. It’s been consistently great tasting food and I’ve been coming here for years.

Honestly not sure why this place doesn’t have higher reviews… maybe people weren’t happy with the timeliness of their service? All I have to say is this is the closest thing to quality American Chinese that I’ve managed to find in the area thus far. Wonton soup- they give you more wontons than typical. Egg drop soup- fantastic. Dumplings- are what dumplings are supposed to be (not including dim sum). Chicken and broccoli- chicken isn’t the best quality but even still, this is Chinese take out and the taste is totally there. At the end of the day I think the quality and taste of the food is way above sub par than typical Chinese takeout places. It seems from the reviews that some people think Chinese takeout should be some upscale or fine dining experience but if they know anything about Chinese take out, it’s supposed to be modest, affordable food with a large hint of msg.
