Tried this place for the first time and bought 2 Chicken Pasta Bowls. Im coming from the Paterson, Passaic Region. Let me tell you the taste of the food was Bland. The chicken tasted like they opened up a packet of frozen chicken and just reheated it. The sauce had 0 flavor in it. 20 dollars for each ? I should've just cooked at home. Not going to lie yall want some fire Pasta ? Go to Santonis in Garfield cause this place aint it man š¤¦š¾š¤¦š¾

I think the mistake i made was ordering on DoorDash. I order the combo, 2 pies with garlic knots and a soda. I ordered a coke and they sent me a Diet Coke lol. I asked for the pizza to be well done it was far from that. The garlic knots were amazing and the pizza is good but had to be heated up in the air fryer. Maybe eat inside? I think i wouldāve had a much better experience.

My first time trying this spot today. Iām horrendously disappointed. I ordered ahead of time through the āpreferredā website. Just an order of garlic knots and wings. Clocked out for lunch, I got there and asked for my order which the guy replied itāll be ā10 minutesā. Thatās when I realized he was just then getting started on my order. So 15 minutes passed and I told him I had to go since I was late to clock back in to work. He assured me the order needed one more minute. Then I get my order and asked if they had a drink to go with my order which the guy said noā¦ā¦ā¦ BUT THE MENU HAS DRINKS ON IT??? This place was also empty and half the lights were off, no pizzas on display (were they not expecting customers today?) Next year just close on Black Friday if thatās the service that can be expected. I tried to eat some of the food quickly in my car as I was already late to go back to work. The garlic knots were not good at all, half the tin was just grease and burnt cheese. NEVER TRY AND OPEN THAT TIN IN YOUR CAR! The wings were very small, the taste was okay, but itās more spicy than it is flavorful. I shouldāve just asked for a refund when I realized they hadnāt started my order.

One of the worst pizza I have ever had. Delivered cold, very little sauce, cheese and no taste. The worst. Iāve had frozen pizza better than this! Hackensack Pizza should be ashamed of themselves. Without a doubt, you will not be in business for much longer feeding your customers this. Absolute garbage. How could you let something like this be delivered? A few months ago I ordered a pizza from you and it was excellent. I have changed my review to a one star. Never again. You have lost a customer.
