We just ate there and the experience was not what we expected. I hope management improves this for future customers. We came and sat ourselves. We ordered and the atmosphere was very heavy it smelled like old food. We ordered ramen and gyoza. The water came. The cap of the bottle was goes as if it was never washed. The cups were with residue on the rim. The waitress brought the cucumber to the table with her thumb in the ramekin. No gloves. The ramen is very oily, I get ramen has oil but the good places I’ve been too don’t have as much oil as they did. As well as their noodles clumped together undercooked. Their plates were covered in oil. We left very dissatisfied and disappointed. We were excited to try a new ramen place and this ruined our night.

The service is so bad for a Christmas day lunch. Server named Ashley has very low energy, no smile on her face, lack of customer service. She doesn’t know how to handle the food tray (bring the food down to the table) to the point the FOOD was touching the bottom of another tray (Infection Control). Knowing the Japanese culture, this is not the Japanese service we are expecting. When we asked who is the manager in house, she said, no one is in charge. Please train your employees properly cause this is our go-to Japanese restaurant because of its good food.

Have always been greeted by the most friendly staff. They are eager to explain menu options for those of us that don't know all the variables available. Best broth I've found yet on the area.

Horrible!!! Don't eat here, literally the chicken was RAW and the miso soup the container was not even full, I recommend to go somewhere else where the food is properly cooked if you don't want to get sick.

My favorite ramen place! Grab from here at least once a week if I can help it since they moved into this location!

The sushi was extremely salty, making it hard to enjoy. Definitely not the quality I expected for the price. Wouldn’t recommend.

The appetizers were good, but once my boyfriend and I got to the Ramen, we were really excited for it, but the broth did not taste good. It had such a weird aroma and was so salty we couldn’t eat the broth. We are not ones to complain but it just wasn’t good and we were pretty disappointed in the ramen.

Used to be pretty good, progressively gets worse and worse over time. Not managed well by management.

Worst costumer service… The ladies have a serious problem of hearing.. we waited for someone to get our order then we waited to get served and then to get the billl… They ignored us like we didn’t even exist there. We had to go infront of them and ask bill so we can pay and leave and they stilll ignored us like whatever. The foood was bad place is bad and the worst thing is there behavior and service… The only stafff who was nice is the boss boy there.
