This is the second time I’ve had an issue with the same manager, Rami, and at this point his behavior is unacceptable. His attitude was unprofessional, and the sub he prepared had almost no meat, just one thin slice of cheese and one slice of turkey spread across the entire sandwich. The bread was also smashed, showing a clear lack of care in preparing the order.
When I called to address the problem, he told me there was nothing he could do and responded sarcastically when I mentioned reporting the situation. This level of disrespect is completely inappropriate for someone in a managerial position.
There needs to be consequences for his actions because my money does not come easy, and no customer should have to pay for poor service or be treated this way. I truly hope this matter is taken seriously, as I will not be returning to this location due to these repeated issues.

The two male staff, one short and one big, were arguing the whole time while I was ordering. Perhaps learn how to say a simple hello to people who walk into your business. Unpleasant experience, never coming back.

And STILL the slowest establishment I have ever been to!! First they leave you standing there with out acknowledging you for 5-10 minutes. THEN the workers act like you're inconveniencing them to do their job. Prepare to give away 35 min, if you're lucky, of your life when you come in for a sandwich. Oh and this is when there are no other customers in the store.

I had a pick up scheduled for 6:50 PM after working a long hospital shift. I asked if it was ready and was told 10 more minutes. At 7:05 I ask again, very unfriendly I’m told they forgot something then proceeded to slowly make it. I was the only customer when I arrived. Multiple people then came and left before me. I ended up leaving around 7:30 PM. No apology or anything. Also ordered chipotle on the side and it was just squirted into the sub bowl. Never will go to this location again.

I always come here and there is a lady here with an attitude issue, it’s very ridiculous she also doesn’t put paper under the sandwich like as if it takes too much time out of her day to do it. Never coming here again I ordered a number nine.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Lady that served me was so rude and giving me a face. Unacceptable behavior that’s not how you treat customers. I told her exactly what I wanted. She put only half of the stuff I wanted in my sandwich and I had to emphasize several times that I wanted everything in my sandwich. I Won’t even go to buy a water. Last time they’ll be seeing my face.

I ordered a cheesesteak and had to wait 30 minutes, yet there wasn’t even an apology. The sandwich had no onions, no cheese, and the meat was burnt—it was the most disappointing and skimpy cheesesteak I’ve ever had. On top of that, it wasn’t even cut. When I tried to ask another staff member to cut it, they completely ignored me. No greetings when customers walked in or out, no courtesy at all. Overall, a terrible experience.

Sorry but staff (not all) to be specific a black female is beyond rude.. very disrespectful and speaks to guests with out respect i will be writing to the better business bureau just because of her. I don’t understand how an establishment this great can have someone work there and treat customers the way she does. Unless she is the actual owner she should bbe pet go
