I bought my food through the drive thru line and the person who served me served me in a very bad way speeding me up and attacking me to order, I asked him for a few minutes to choose what he wanted for me and my family and he did not grant them to me.
I wouldn't buy there again because of the bad service they gave me.

Very poor experience no unsweetened ice tea and no other options except pepsi which I dont care for. Then i had to get water and the bottle is warm. On the menu is unsweetened Ice tea . They seem not to care at this location. :(

Always check your orders. They don't follow customization or additional sauce.
No chicken pot pie 6.40 pm 25 min wait nope....they should have it done if you have it on the menu...

Rude service especially the male staff, mid aged, Hispanic light skinned, chubby wide built with nasty, condescending attitude. It's only your fault if a courier cancels and leaves due to your staff not willing to help. It's additional fifteen minutes delay for your customers. Terrible place.

We can't call this "fried" chicken. This chicken isn't fried. It's a soggy wet mess. Ordered the family bucket special online for pick up. Staff seemed confused about the order and what it comprised of. Got home and no biscuits. Our fault I guess because we didn't check thoroughly enough. This is the second time that we didn't get the biscuits we ordered from this particular location. Online chat assist credited the biscuits this time. The food is just terrible. KFC used to be decent. This was horrible and at almost $70 a frigging joke.

The woman at the drive-through was so rude for no reason. Weird. Food was okay. No better than any other KFC -but to be this rude on a random Tuesday night when you’re not even busy is crazy. Even my child was asking why the woman was acting in such a manner. If my daughter didn’t want it I wouldn’t have gone.but with that behavior we won’t return. If you can’t handle dealing with people find a different job.

Hands down the best KFC around Hackensack, Teaneck, Ridgefield Park and surrounding area. It is hard to get KFC near NYC nowadays! Most KFC stores are run down and poorly managed (hello shout out to the ultra disgusting KFC store in Ft. Lee)
The food in this store is fresh and hot. The staff here are friendly and very dedicated. The order came up super fast - and was nicely packaged. I got Chicken Sandwich and Pot Pie - a rarity where most KFC dont have them - the sandwich was hot,and the pie was fantastically delicious with fluffy crust and hot filling.
The store is super clean. The staff will go around and clean the table making sure that you have your pick of table at the place you want - be at sunshiny table or shaded area. There are ample parking around the place.
Kudos to the manager and the team here. Keep up the great work!! Two thumbs up!! ??

Yes I went there for 2 chicken breast which they charge me. $ 16 and change I also ordered 3 chicken fillets . I got home and only got one chicken breast with a short short thigh . When back and the workers thought it saw funny. Them they gave me chicken fillets and charged me $10 and change , no sauces , no napkins.very disappointing

They didn’t bother to tell me that my order was ready. For some reason, they left it in a bag near the drive thru area. They were calling out names and order numbers for everyone else, but not for me. Based on the time on the receipt, it was just sitting there for 20 minutes, getting cold.
They were busy and understaffed and the register for drive thru wasn’t working. But that’s no excuse to just leave a customer’s order lying around.
