Placed an order on DoorDash for 5 empanadas and 2 drinks. They never noticed I placed an order upon arrival and had to wait 20 mins for empanadas and drinks. Not only that received my empanadas to find out my beef empanadas were cold and completely empty with barely any beef inside.

I went and the place said it was open and it turned out to be closed, they made me waste time and gas ;( after going around several times to get parking because the GPS sends to the back where the employees leave and when I turned around that always happened It's full of vehicles to park in, when I finally find a parking lot I arrive and it was closed ;(

Nice food, competitive prices, good service. Street parking only, I think. Place needs some aesthetic help. It could use more lighting, better tables and chairs. I think this is more of a take-out, catering, pick-up and delivery type of place.

These people are insane!!!! They should rename this place “La Raina DE los stalkers” instead. I left a comment that triggered them about their disgusting restaurant that got me and friends sick from leftover foods! I deleted the comment because I understand is somebody’s business so i try to give them another chance! However they are still stocking ME on my social media! Half of my family are police officers and they are aware of this situation. I had to delete my google profile picture since it has my IG name.
Google reviews is for anyone to feel Free to comment so others can be aware if the establishment is safe or not. I tried to leave it alone but now they are going too far! I am in the process of taking legal actions if they proceed on stocking me and my family. If anything happens to me the owner YURDALY is responsible! Clean your restaurant and stop giving away leftover foods. Respect your craft, If you are this passionate about your restaurant. Almost every review is about how the restaurant food is not fresh and the environment is not healthy. Every time I pass by this restaurant is always empty and the first time I went they had flies all over their food! They didt like this comment i left, however is the truth!!! The owner Yurdaly threaten me Saying that I should be careful of my surroundings… honestly I dont know why they are still open makes me think they are doing other things besides food to keep the restaurant open. They should be ashamed of themselves in how they respond to customers comments it’s insane that an owner can try to retaliate this way so unprofessional they need to shut this place down and the food DID look dry and old! Don’t get upset by the comments read them and fix your restaurant! I also saw that they threaten a guy name Marc in the comments! These people are insane. Take your business elsewhere. I really wanted to love this place. I love to support my community (both Hackensack and Latin establishments) unfortunately, La Reina del Sabor is in fact NOT the queen of flavor. Here is my honest review- Service: Not only was the young lady attending us cold, short, unfriendly and not even a little polite, its like we were bothering her by being there. She also seemed annoyed when I was translating for my husband who doesn't speak Spanish, not sure if she was having a really bad day, but it affected the service greatly. Now the food: it was bland and dry, unlike typical Dominican food (I'm Dominican so I KNOW good Dominican food). We ordered white rice (this was ok), beans (not good), rotisserie chicken (bland), moro and steak (both dry) we also got a beef quipe which had an extra later of questionable breading surrounding the meat and it just wasn't tasty. We will not be returning.

O stars if that was an option.. If you don't speak spanish do not come here. They will talk about you in your face and crack jokes. Then get annoyed trying to understand you. Bad attitude serving my food for something that I am going to consume. NO bueno!! And this is the second time I experience this. The first time it was over the phone and the girl hung up on me when she couldn't understand english. YOU are in america learn english and keep your clients.
