Thanks Yelp. I have lived in Hackensack for 37 years and drove by this gem of a restaurant for years and never even noticed it. I came across it on yelp. I was impressed by the large number of rave reviews. When it comes to food, tastes vary so most restaurants get mixed reviews. Well, we gave it a try. No regrets. We ordered the Real Steak cheesesteak sandwich and a pepperoni pizza. I honestly can say it was the best cheesesteak I ever had. The sandwich just melted in my mouth. The steak was so tender and juicy. The combination of mushrooms, onions and cheese with just a hint of horseradish was perfect. The pizza was great. Lots of cheese, sauce and generous amount of pepperoni. The Thin crust is delicious. A good old fashioned gluten flour crust with the taste I remember from years back in NYC. Edges were crunchy and a little charred. Not critical, I like it that way. We ordered delivery over the phone. Eddie answered the phone and couldn't have ben nicer. He really liked talking and joking around. You could tell he enjoyed what he was doing and took an interest in his customers. If you haven't noticed, this is a rave revue.

DEAR ALL *CHEESESTEAK* CONNOISSEURS... you will never have a better cheesesteak than at this hole in the wall food joint! Yes, I said it!! Come and prove me wrong! When you have real sliced meat, and NOT those paper thin chopped up steak meat... marinated in a special blend, I believe it has some Worcestershire sauce in the mix. This cheesesteak is off to a great start. Then add caramelized onions and portobello mushrooms to the pan and throw a good amount of melty american cheese to complete this dish... HEAVEN! But wait... they use a soft semi sesame style hero roll to soak up all the lovely juices, AND add horseradish sauce, you are in for a wild experience that even your taste buds will drool over. I like to put that horseradish sauce on the side so it doesn't take away from my cheesesteak experience and I can dip freely and heavily at will. This place has more to offer, but it is always the cheesesteak I keep coming back for. And, over the years it hasn't changed one bit! Consistency, flavor and the right ingredients make this a GREAT eat! Plus, the meat quality is always on point. It's not chewy, not tough and not fatty. You are getting your money's worth for sure. FYI: The hours here are for the late night crowd hence the name "late nite..."; open at 4pm and closes after midnight (3am) AND sadly, only Thursday to Sunday.

Huge portions are great. I know I can stick it in the fridge and come back to it and have a second meal from the single order. I only tried the baked ziti, and it was OK, was very plain. And the order arrived piping hot - you know it was made just for you!

Great service. Guy who answered the phone was friendly and funny. He seems like he really cares. The delivery driver was very professional and friendly. Pizza was really good and the steak sandwich was jaw dropping. Great job all around. They definitely got a new customer in me. Sooooooo goood

Just want to say Late Nite Hackensack Pizza is the best I have had in years. The crust was thin, crispy and delicious. They didn't skimp on the pepperoni or the mushrooms and the delivery was fast and courteous. So glad we have reliable and delicious place to order from now.

Totally under rated. This is a hidden gem! Most definitely deserves 5 stars!! Been living in Hackie Sack (as I call it) for 2 years and this is the first time trying pizza that's just like NY pizza. It's delicious!!! Best I have had thus far!!! And during my 5 min wait time, I was entertained via a raffle and Simon, my fav!!!! Stop driving by and support this local business!

I get food from this place every now and then, pizza, wings and burgers. Great taste and service every single time!! I recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting a delicious meal. They are open very late (3am) on the weekends which is a plus.

Pretty good food. Deducted one star for none of them wearing masks. I'm not scared or worried about getting covid from a pizza shop but it would have been nice to see them at least trying to appear like they care about covid.

Late Night is special. When have you ever ordered a steak sandwich for delivery medium rare and actually gotten what you asked for? Late Night delivers time and time again. Not to be cliche, but the food is cooked with love, or at least the care of a best friend trying to give you the best possible meal made the way they themselves would like it. For these reasons, there really is no competition when it comes to your need for pizza, parm sandwiches, sliced steak and all your comfort food cravings. Best pizza I've had. Underrated place.I tell anybody who asks where's the best pizzas in Hackensack and surrounding towns.There's a couple of more well known pizza places just a few minutes walk from Late Nite Pizza, but they're honestly not as delicious.Great staff and owner.
Disappointed with DoorDash- first time trying to order from it and found this location on yelp. Old school ordering is always the most secure way! Pizza arrived ready to eat- fresh and hot! Delivery person super friendly and accommodating! Fed my niece and nephews- winning. Thanks for freshly made and tasty pizza!

Worst customer service experience. My first time I went there was last night. VERY RUDE!!!! The guy serving me didn't want to explain what was in the only 3 leftover pizza's there, I ordered 4 slices and then I happened to see a full pie on the very top shelf that I might want to buy to take home for my son, he acted like he wanted to start a fight with me and told me to just go over there and pay for the pizza that I ordered. I'm never going back again. That guy should not even be allowed to serve the customers.

In town for a hockey tournament at ice house, I wanted to order the pizzas from the rink snack bar 2 hours b-4 game even started , they said no couldn't do it , so I went on yelp & found u guys, I called at 10pm ordered 16 Pizza's to b delivered to hotel they told one hour & as promised it was there. It was hot & delicious! thank u so much, u made a lot of hungry tired boys very happy .. will definitely order from again next time in town

We came by for lunch after a long day of prepping for an upcoming vacation. After searching online for an open restaurant because of Labor Day holiday-many we're closed-- we came across Prestos Pizza. The staff was so attentive and greeted us right away and answered our questions thoroughly about their ingredients used in pizza. They made us feel welcome and we're very courteous. So a little about the food--we ordered a large pie with half cheese and the other half with fresh mushrooms (special request). Everything about this pizza was mouthwatering! The crust was golden crisp the sauce was amazingly fresh and had a perfect balance of flavor between the tomato and basil. The cheese was perfectly melted and the fresh mushrooms were perfection! As we left I saw the garlic knots that were displayed they looked like they too were full bodied flavor of garlic and herbs! The ambiance was as follows- Two separate dining areas one was more of a pizza quick serve and the other was nicer dining room with cloth napkins etc--we sat in the latter because it was cooler (temperature) than the previous rooms.
