I was super excited to try their pizza.. It was quite honestly the worst I think I've ever had...absolutely zero flavor, hardly any sauce and the sauce they did use had no flavor...The crust was like cardboard.. I definitely will not be going back. If you love pizza, do yourself a favor and try some place else..

Fabulous crispy, chrunchy thin crust pizza. Old fashioned juke box. A real treat. I had the personal pie, just enough to eat by yourself.

We were 6 friends. We were looking for a nice place to eat night time 9:40 PM we found this beautiful place. Everything was amazing our server was amazing she took our order right away, we knew they were closing soon!. We tried our best to give the order as fast as we could, but one of the cooks step at the door and yelled “there’s burgers also at Macdonald. We felt really offended and we believe that was so inappropriate. We hope the owner can do something to make this guy not to be rude at guest. Thank you for the food and vibe.

I’ve only tried the pizza so I cannot speak for the restaurant as a whole, but their pizza is well regarded so I expected it to be good. I got pickup and was excited to try this pizza and when I was handed the box, I instantly just thought… uh… was their a mistake because this box feels way to light to have a pizza in here. No kidding, I had to open it to make sure it wasn’t accidentally someone else’s order of only a few slices. But no, it was the full $17 dollar pizza. Don’t get me wrong, I’m a fan of thin crust pizza but this was barely even classifiable as crusted at all! It’s like the UFC lightweight category of pizzas. It was so thin, it was like a roll of toilet paper that someone pulled the plies apart to make it thinner and save money (like in that episode of the office where dwight does that to save money lol, iykyk). Anywho, I was just pretty disappointed because it was really not worth the money and my family of four is always perfectly satisfied with one pie but this pizza left us hungry. The edge of the crust was more like a cracker than actual bread! And it tasted undercooked to, almost like eating a pizza on a tortilla. Now, Idk if this is how it always is or maybe there was a different cook or something that day, to give them the benefit of the doubt. But it was overall just pretty disappointing and like I said, this review pertains only to the pizza I don’t want to badmouth this restaurant as a whole. And, also, I will say though, that the cheese and sauce was actually flavorful and tasty, so it was so disappointing for it to be ruined by the crust because that obviously is like one of the most important parts of a pizza. So I hope they can improve their crust in the future because with the other aspects, it could be not bad. Just wanted to share my experience, so if your planning to come here for pizza, I would say it’s advisable to have eat a snack before hand because you surely wont be full from the pizza.

Place still has great food but the People the take your name and seat you are not very good . We had a party of 8 they sat us then made us get up saying we couldn’t have 8 at a table for 7 which they set. They said 15 min waited 30 then they said they were soory another 20-30 . I’ve been going there for 20 years they need to get into the 10 th century for reservations . Really a big turnoff

I am originally from an Island with a pizzeria on every other corner. Most of it was pretty good, with some outstanding options. I moved to NJ in 2016 and have struggled to find pizza that doesn't have a diaper-crust and/or terrible cheese/sauce . I tried Lido on a whim and probably won't be ordering from anywhere else. The sauce/cheese is excellent quality and the crust is thin/crispy. Absolutely perfect and highly recommended. They have tons of gluten free options, I am unsure if the gf pizza is made in a separate prep area. Would love to know.

Nostalgic feel- great service! Steak sandwich was good but I was underwhelmed with the pizza. We ordered 4 pies and they all came out undercooked. I think they just had an off night. But I would go back again to give a second chance!

Real old school joint. Dim and dark with good food and great staff. Intimate and cozy. The food is done right and they pay attention. The roast beef sandwich is served open faced and flat. Tasty. Thin crust pizza and decent. Full bar service. Clean bathrooms. Parking is tough in the area but not terrible. Totally a local joint that hopefully will stay the way it is with all the gentrification going on in the surrounding area.

Omg haven't been here in 40yrs but there is a reason why it's still around! Was dreaming about the Sliced Steak over Toast Tips with the drawn butter and it did not disappoint! Exactly as l remember it and l swear still the same price! The pizza ? looked great too, can't wait to get back there and to add a few of those Holiday Cocktails they had on the menu!

Old Red sauce place. Great sangria. I love the abundance of tiny private booths. Great place is you want the privacy to talk. The sauce is ok, the pasta was cooked good, just watery last time but that was a fluke. Great vodka sauce. Definitely
