This place is very disappointing. If the rating is low, there is a reason for it, and people should definitely pay attention to the reviews. I strongly recommend avoiding it. To be honest, an establishment like this should not still be open. I truly don’t understand how it operates this way.

What a disappointment!
By far the worst Acai Bowl ive had. In the area and this place caught my eyes. Very unfriendly and unwelcoming staff.
Ordered an Acai Bowl and what a mistake. The bowl was frozen to the point my spoon bended. Was blah, tasteless and gave me the worst stomach ache. $12 that went to the garbage bcus I had to throw it out.

Want to take a second and say how much I love this juice bar!!! I have been drinking freshly pressed juices over a decade now and I can tell the difference between a good juice shop compared to not so good one!!! Let’s start with the fact that everything here is freshly pressed, and they have unique ingredients, including turmeric, seamoss, black seed oil, etc. The girls here are extremely kind and they deliver exceptional customer service!!! This place deserves more five stars and please do not listen to negative comments and people that go to juice shops expecting to get sweet unhealthy sugar loaded drinks might as well go to 711!!! This is my Sunday go to spot. I love it here thank you girls so so much keep shining!!

So I come in all the time and for the 1st time I have someone else make my smoothie. I leave and come back because my smoothie is like water consistency and when I ask her to add peanut butter and banana that I want to pay for she tells me what she will and will not do when I asked her kindly. after paying $13.00 You think I will come back after I have been come here for almost a year. Why is customer service like this. I need to hear from the owner

Smoothies were okay. Waffles were stale and you can tell the strawberries have been there for a few days (discolored).
What caught me off guard was how the lady who checked me out automatically added $4 to the total. Was in a rush and didn’t notice until I got home and did the math.

The juices and smoothies are very good. But they don't update the hours of service. Google maps showed closing at 7 pm on Sunday. We came 6:30 pm on Sunday to find out (we called from outside the entrance door in the street).It's a Shame. We won't come back

I went here on a Sunday morning looking for something healthy and refreshing. The atmosphere, the woman making the juices and the juice (Rite Sweetox) and shot (Harlem Heat) were all great. My wife got the Focus Up and “this really nice, you can taste the beets. It’s sweet. Spicy too.”

I would like to start off by saying that when I arrived the place was empty. I’m writing this review as I continue to wait 20+ minutes for one juice. That’s all I ordered. A few minutes after i ordered I noticed the girl started preparing the person’s drink who arrived after me (seemed like they knew each other). After asking whose drink she was making she brushed me off saying mine would be quick then st… i couldn’t believe this. unacceptable and very unprofessional.
I really want to love this place as the smoothies are amazing! However, every time I stop in, one smoothie takes 10-15 minutes to make which is insane. The girls are really sweet. I just wished the smoothies were prepared in slow motion. Today I called in 5 minutes in advance and waited an additional 10 for my smoothie to be prepared. :(
