When I was trying to place my order, the screen turned off and I had to restart my order, now that's not a big deal but I would appreciate it if it wasn't something that happened. As I sat down I noticed that the tables weren't clean and had some leftover food on it, furthermore, in the corner of the room there were 3 underage kids asking a grown adult for nicotine.

I don't even know why I bother coming here if the service is not checked correctly.Thursday afternoon, we asked no salt on our fries, and I wanted extra ketchup. By the time we got home, there was salt all over the fries and three packets of ketchup. Our meal had chicken nuggets and two large fries orders - really? No extra ketchup?Last night, I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. This time, I wanted an extra hamburger, and we asked for extra ketchup since we got the same large value meals from Thursday. Instead of the hamburger I wanted, we got extra large fries. NO KETCHUP AT ALL.I rarely eat fast food, Hackensack McDonald's... check and follow your orders, get it together. Beyond annoyed, I won't be back.

My whole order was wrong. There is a disconnect and language barrier for the individuals who work the windows/ cash register. We need people who speak and understand English. This is not a predominantly Latin speaking area.

I went to this mcdonalds last night. My daughter got 10 piece chicken nuggets. When she tried one it tasted old and stale. She ate 2. And threw the rest away because it was obviously old. Today she woke up throwing up and in pain. She got food poisoning from the nuggets. This place needs to be more careful. If something is old throw it out. I will never go to this location again.

I didn't even realize this burger didn't have anything on it...???♀️... When I first got here I waited for 8 mins . No one took my order... Then someone pulled up to the other drive thru, and the lady was on the speaker for her, and took her order . I was like "excuse me .. I've been waiting for 8 mins" then she finally responded ???♀️... And had the nerve to ask me "how's my day going?" Lmaoo I just can't... 11:20am

Be very careful ordering at the drive thru. On two separate occasions I was upcharged for my order. The employees do not work with you to get the best deal. On the first occasion I ordered a Quarter Pounder With Cheese and Bacon. This is a menu item but the drive thru rung it up as “Quarter Pounder with Cheese, ADD Bacon” which costs more. I addressed it at the window and she said “ohh you wanted the Bacon Quarter Pounder With Cheese.” Today I wanted a McGriddle with just a round egg (this is an item you can order on the kiosk inside). They rung it up in the drive thru as a Sausage McGriddle minus sausage add round egg which costs more. I shouldn’t have to be the one training employees how to ring up food so as to not scam the customer. You’re better off ordering yourself either online or at the kiosk inside.
