I ordered penne ala vodka and as I started to eat my meal I had a sharp pain in my mouth. I pulled out something resembling a shard of glass. As I closely inspected the pasta, I found MANY sharp shards of something resembling glass. I called the pizzeria and was told “it can’t be glass, maybe plastic, could be plastic”. I’m baffled by the guys confirmation that it was plastic and stunned that he was not surprised at all. How do you know your food probably contains shards of plastic and still serve it.My mouth hurts, my tongue is scraped as well as the roof of my mouth. This is super dangerous and not acceptable in the food industry. This place has absolutely no standards. And the quality of their food was very bad to begin with.I tried to call them back for instructions on how to get my refund and they ignored my calls. I had to walk over and go meet them face to face to resolve the issue.They didn’t care that they served dangerous food and they didn’t even have the courtesy to pick up the phone. If you are lucky to get a safe meal, it won’t even be worth your money. Save your time, call Napoli Pizza in Hackensack.

Great pizza. Been ordering from here recently for the past few months. I refuse to go elsewhere. The cut, sauce, crust etc everything just fits together well and tastes delicious. In fact I ordered yesterday and felt compelled to call in and express my satisfaction with the food, they told me to leave a review and here I am!5/5 would recommend any time and day keep it up guys
