Worst and rood customer service-ordered pizza for a small group and we ended up waiting more than 40 min. After waiting 40 min we called the customer care and they are not at all apologetic and very rood customer care. I will not use them again. Bye

Apparently even though I live in Hackensack NJ I cannot get a delivery from the local Papa John's in Hackensack because I am out of their delivery range. I tried to ask if their was any delivery service I can use and I was hung up on twice. If this is how Papa John's treats their customers I have no desire to go there again.

Disappointed in the lack of communication and customer service I received from management here. Manager seemed unwilling, uncaring and unable to even communicate with me to spend my money while I was with my elderly grandmother. Unfortunately, she was so hurt by his treatment of an old woman and the lack of respect shown, we will never return

They often helped out during Ramadan to offer us the best pizza for our kids and youngsters and they always have it ready and gave the best customer service.

Service was great. Need to wear gloves and looked a tad dirty in the back. Pizza was slightly dry and they didn't put the extra sauce I asked for.Vegetarian options: Veggie pizza pie is a great option.

Overall the quality is just like anywhere else you’d get a papa johns pie. I usually order online and rack up points to get free items and discounts on some orders. If you’re looking for a big cheesy pie, get the stuffed crust.
