1. I had the chicken tikka roll two separate times and both times it didn't have the orange sauce that makes it a "tikka" roll. Oddly it was just grilled chicken. It was still delicious and the only thing keeping this review to a 4 star level.
2. The chai is so watered down...I mean c'mon, where's the flavor?
3. The aloo paratha tasted like it came from something frozen that they just heated up and threw on the pan.

I am rating this place based on delivery order as I did not dine in. I ordered a bunch of items : spicy chicken paratha roll, Shami bun kabab , behari paratha, chicken tikka rice bowl, mix platter rice bowl. Unfortunately I can’t say any of the items tasted good! I was disappointed! The behari paratha - the meat was so bitter as I believe they marinated it with too much papaya… the spicy chicken paratha was not spicy at all nor did it have much Flavor .. the rice bowls were terrible ! The Shami bun kabab was just OK… I had hope for this place as it’s closer to me than going to food street that has similar items! Food street wins for sure!

Amazing staff they were so kind. There’s a prayer room too. The food was tasty! They gave us free jalebi which was sweet. Only problem was the menu screen it is animated and moves too fast and I had a hard time reading and figuring out what to get. Otherwise I will be back. Parking in back too

Pros: -Average portions, not small or large platters - Large portions for parathas - Easy to customize - The parathas are AMAZING! highly recommend them! The platters are okay, nothing special.
Cons: - On the pricier side for platters - They don't label food and it all looked really similar, so it was hard to tell what was what. Especially the paratha dishes. The chicken tikka and chicken chappli looked IDENTICAL. And one was a lot spicier than the other.
I'd definitely go back! Excited to have this new place in the area

After reading the reviews and hearing great things from family and friends I decided to take my family who was visiting from Houston and Chicago areas. Everyone including myself absolutely loved all the food, we ordered their weekend special Halwa puri, Nihari and Paya, and also their Aloo paratha and Keema Paratha! All my guests were surprised how great everything was since they always compare the desi food with houston and chicago area restaurants! Also later that week I ordered their Bihari boti paratha and it was amazing as well! I would totally recommend it to anyone looking for truly authentic Pakistani food to try out this place, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you once again for the great experience!
Ordered for a 12 PM pick-up via UberEats. Our order wasn't quite ready within the quoted time but it was fine. Seemed like they were having a lunch rush. I was actually in the mood for a philly cheesesteak, which they had, but I figured I should get a paratha since the place is called Parathas and Platters. We ordered lamb over rice, and a chicken tikka paratha roll. Both were good. The lamb does have a little bit of gamey taste but the yogurt sauce helps. The chicken was definitely the better protein. It looked like it would be dry but it was so tender. The roll comes with some green chutney, which had the perfect amount of kick to it. The paratha was not too thick and made for a perfect vehicle for the chicken.
Would definitely order again - maybe I'll try the philly next time.

Amazing portion size at this price point, one alloo paratha can be enough for 2 as well if you are not super hungry. Alloo paratha tastes very authentic and good, other items are also good but I always go for aalloo paratha.
