Ordered honey bbq chicken wings and it had no sauce, just plain chicken wings. Called and they said they didn’t have sauce and she was busy so couldn’t call me. The food was delivered without it being sealed properly so looked like my uber driver had full access to my food. Ordered meat lovers pizza was not even cooked properly. DONT ORDER FROM THEM

This location is not welcoming at all. The staff couldn’t care less and never make any form of effort to show or pretend to care. This is the second time I’ve ordered from them and they forgot or gave me the wrong soda but still charged me. Then tried to lie and say the called but they never did.

If I could leave 0 stars, I absolutely would. I placed an order for delivery at 12pm, when I noticed that it was taking longer than usual for it to be delivered. I kept checking the progress and for two whole hours it was still saying that they were making the pizza. Mind you, my order wasn’t even anything special: just three cheese pizzas. It was 2:30 pm when I decided that enough was enough so I had to drive to the shop. Imagine my surprise when my order was just sitting right there on the back counter? Already finished and not even lukewarm. The workers were all in the back, chatting and just sitting on their butts. When I asked for my order, the lady just shoved it into my hands before going into the back and just chatting.
This entire experience was utterly ridiculous and baffling. Save your money and time, go buy food somewhere else!!!

This is the third time I called 20 minutes before picking up and to my surprise they say that the regular cheese pizza is not ready and that they did not receive the order! This is the worse Pizza Hut! They never answer the phone, they get orders wrong constantly, they don’t greet you when you come to the door and most of the workers don’t speak English making communication difficult.
If I can give zero stars I would. Customer service sucks. They manage to always mess up my delivery order. Even though I called to make sure I get everything I ordered, they still messed up. They rob you from missing items because they won’t give your money back. Never ordering from there again
