My son and I, from MA, were at FDU for baseball. Before heading back to Mass we took a shot at Pizza Knight on Sunday 7/13 in search of real NY Style Pizza before the drive home. We selected them based on reviews alone. The guys is the shop were great and the pizza did not disappoint!! It made sitting in traffic more bearable. Thanks guys! A+

Pizza was good. Had half plain, half with some toppings (meatball, pepperoni, peppers). Good taste, not oily at all. But for me the crust was not my favorite. I prefer a somewhat foldable slice where when held the tip flops slightly. That's the pizza I grew up with. If you like a crisper, thinner crust then this is the pizza for you. Friendly service, made the pizza to order and was done exactly on time. Street parking.

This isn't just good pizza. This is some of the best pizza that I have ever had. I pride myself on seeking out amazing pizza all over the tri state area, and Pizza Knight ranks right at the top with my favorite spots. The guys working there were extremely nice and I even saw their delivery driver run down a guy on a sidewalk because he noticed he dropped a dollar bill. These are the kind of people and business that you want to support. The pizza was perfectly cooked and crisp, the sauce was absolutely delicious, and the cheese was the perfect amount and tasty. You can tell they use very high quality ingredients. For what might look like a hole in the wall from the outside has some of the best pizza in NJ. Won't be long until many others take notice!
