Young couple OT trying to grab a small bite to eat at 2 in the morning. Got to the Popeyes 3 mins before closing, the MOD was cool treated us with respect and provided excellent serviceā¦ And the food slapped. I think the guy said his name was maneesh Iām not sure but shout out to my guy for the snack wraps!!

Wish I could rate this place but with the amount they forget to give me stuff it's almost impossible! Every single time I order it's missing multiple items, especially when I try to order sauces--I don't think I've once received any no matter the order. Missing drinks, missing sides, missing entrees, and incorrect orders galore if you go here. Don't waste your money.

Horrible location. All of the chicken was dry and disgusting. They didnāt include any sauce I asked for not one single packet. I wonāt be going back and I donāt recommend you waste your time here either.

I tried this place multiple times and every time I have to wait 20+ mins for my food. Isnāt it supposed to be FAST food? Place is always understaffed and dysfunctional. I donāt understand how they are still in business. I will instead be going to the location in Little Ferry. They are a lot more organized than this place.
The male manager at the counter is absurd. Tried to charge me for 9 individual pieces of chicken instead of the 9 piece combo on the menu. He argued that it would be cheaper. That's wrong. It would be more expensive and then I won't have any sides or drinks! The manager then jumped up to someone behind me, took their order, and proceeded to grab the chicken with his bare, ungloved hand. When I witnessed that, I left the store immediately!
