The food is ok. Nothing special but not bad. I came in to have lunch by myself. The server was awful. Gave me an attitude since I sat down, I thought she was unhappy that it was a one top.
But then another solo table came in , it was a guy and she is all laughs and smiles. I had to stand up and pay at the front since once I got my food she never came back.
Won’t be coming back.

Food was good and I can complain about the service until the end when I pay my bill and I miss 48 cents when i asked for it they didn’t like it so they gave it to me all in pennies. Also we were only two people and they charged the tip ahead

Everything was delicious. The bolon wasn't too soft nor too hard. The humita was just right. And the caldo de bola perfect. The bola could have been a bit bigger and it could have had a little more peanut flavor but the meat was soft and tender. The service was punctual and friendly. As an Ecuadorian, I recommend.

This is the worse place to eat in town. Service and Food are terrible. What a bad experience we had. Waitress (Kerly and other employes) wanted us to order in a rush so that they could go back to their jokes, while giving us strange rude looks. The food was just as bad! Meat that she never checked how we wanted done, was uneatable and the whole plate had a discussing smell. She never bothered to come back to the table to check on us. We had to call her several times while we could hear them laughing in the back. Then she would show up with a face like we were interrupting something. Her attitude was so rude that it got to the point of charging us for the containers that we requested to take the horrible food home. Even the dog will not eat it. If this is a restaurant policy I wonder if they charge for the containers to food to go. But in any case, such ungenerous policy would make it for any customer to never want go back. On top of the horrible service that she knew she was providing they had the nerve to include the gratuity in the check (which is not legal) I aways tip 20% or better to GOOD SERVICE! But this I will report to the better business bureau because a tip to bad service is not MANDATORY. A restaurant can make tip suggestions but not include a service fee to table of 2 guests. I see the other horrible reviews that this place has and I live in the area and can tell to Sara y Sophia that this is why your “restaurant” is always empty.

I ordered a Rice with black shells, and ended up paying 40 dollars too much, with all due respect, I would rather go to the choripan and eat a good piece of meat for 40 dollars, my second visit to that place and I will not return, what a disappointment.

We had to go look for someone to serve us after sitting down. The girl who served us, with an attitude, took our order, did not repeat our order and of course it was incorrect. They only brought us one order, no cutlery, then they brought two more orders, which were incorrect, after having an argument with another waitress next to us, she finally took our order to replace what we had not ordered. They never brought us our appetizer. The excuse was that they were too busy correcting the mistake in the kitchen. When they brought our food, my husband's was already cold. When it came time to bring the check, they were charging us for both of us who returned because it was not what we ordered, they charge you for the take out containers and of course the tip is automatically included, no wonder the service is magnificent. I will never return to this restaurant, it's a shame the food wasn't bad at all and of course I will never recommend it to anyone else.

Ordered drinks ,app and dinners .555pm 2 drinks come out one was incorrect i drank it anyway..605 pm 2 more drinks. 610pm one dinner 613 pm 2 more dinners .those were completely wrong after 3 minutes of going back and forth , they place correct order. 620pm other dinner arrives. 630 the corrected meals arrive. At that point we told server. Cancel appetizer its 45 minutes late . my meal was cold by 630 because I didn't want to eat while others had nothing. Maybe if we got the app..it wouldn't have mattered so much. Bill comes ,it is wrong. Charged for meals we didn't order 165.00 ..they correct it and it's 118.00 that's how off the bill was. Worst part is gratuity of 20% is automatically added to bill. So..if you don't want to tip due to horrible service . You don't have the choice . Shame cause food is great . Service is horrible probably because they know 20% is coming their way regardless.

Think 2 times before picking this restaurant ?. Do you want a disco place with super loud music ? or a nice and peaceful place with low volume. If you don't mind about super Loud music + a bad person picking, horrible songs Go there. I personally don't recommend it.
