I came here quick to get a shaken espresso and finally use my christmas gift card. The cashier was so sweet and had a super cute cat hat! I got my drink and as I was walking to my job I realized someone drew an adorable puppy on my cup! 🥺❤

It really made my day. Thanks so much. Really kind workers here! 🥺💞💞

I don't speak English well, I'm Latin and it was humility, the girl who was there on January 30, 2025 in the morning treated me badly, she ignored me while I asked for my coffee and when she made it to me it was such an ugly coffee that I couldn't drink it, I asked for a It beats and he only gave me bitter, unsweetened, strong black coffee that I couldn't drink.
She completely ignored my presence, I felt discriminated against and humiliated, I think she should not treat Hispanics like that, being of another race does not make her superior to me.
But abuse for being Hispanic is so normalized that I can only leave a review with my experience so that other Hispanics do not go through humiliation.

I bouht 1 mocha latte and 1 white mocha latte. Both were not tasty, and watery. It was like just a hot milk. Never come back. I think they didn't respect the good amont of coffee and mocha. I use to go to starbuck everyday, it's the first time I get a drink like that.

Ordered on multiple occasions with several present issues. I’ve experienced drinks being missing, made incorrectly and having a strong burnt taste as well. Very disorganized location with no explanation for the errors. Also they do not compensate for inconvenience. I would suggest going to another location. Service is incredibly lacking.
