I’ve been using this Starbucks location since it opened last year. I went in this morning on 01/29/24 around 9 am. There were 3 women working and I was the only customer ordering a coffee. They all had horrible attitudes, the woman taking my order spoke to me like I was stupid. This is not the first encounter of just terribly rude and unfriendly customer service at this location. It’s a constant awful experience anytime ordering here. I’m sorry you ladies hate your job but don’t take it out on me.

The girl working as the cashier today 1/15/24 whose name started with a “J” has a bad and snarky attitude. How are you a cashier and work in customer service and treat customers badly? She needs to reconsider her job as a cashier if she doesn’t like interaction with people.

This store is located in Target and is set to close at 8:00pm. I approached the counter to place an order around 7:40pm and was told that they’re closed. What the hell is that? How do you turn people away at 7:40pm when the store closes at 8:00pm. And on top of that, these people had an attitude when addressing me. It’s disgusting!

Just bad, I really tried not to give a bad review and tried to give it a chance every time I go shopping at Target. Its just a disappointment, before it only used to be bad coffees, and now we get bad coffee and FREE actitude and rudenesses from the staffs. specifically the barista girl. Its like we are beggin for a coffee and not paying for an overpriced coffee. Most of the items are always out of stock. And its just this specific Starbucks franchise.

This man is very rude. My mom got orange juice and chocolate chip cookies. And we did not get any napkins. So I ask this rude man for napkins and he said there is no napkins. And another customer ask for napkins and he gave him napkins. So I told him you said no napkins He said these are paper towels. So rude of him not even offer the paper towels . He is just so rude. He is not even nice to his employee who is in training. I heard him say that is so simple it's not science. Rude ass. 10am 8/9/2023. The girls are nice and helpful. But this man is rude very rude.

These ladies were very rude. They were giving attitude, rolling their eyes, slamming stuff it was a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience. These ladies shouldn’t be working here if they have a problem with a customer asking for a straw the smallest thing to ask for. Would not recommend again and never coming back.

Half the items I requested they didn't have, and to top it off the cappuccino I ordered was half full. Not sure who's running this place, but they need to do better or replace current management.
