This review is mostly for the location, since the service was good.This is NOT a Starbucks like any other - since they are a part of the book store they're in, they don't carry all of Starbucks coffee varieties and options, AND will not accept the Starbucks app, or purchase in advance and pickup.Don't come here if you're looking for the new, seasonal arrivals (although they might have some), or if you want to use your app for point.The servers behind the counter were very accommodating.

I bought 2 caramel macchiatto. Both had only milk with little shor of coffee. No caramel. I paid 10 dollars for just a cups of milk. They don't know to make it. I waste my money for nothing. Last time, I go in this shop.
The girl/lady at the cashier wearing glasses ALWAYS has an attitude! They really need to hire better staff.

After ordering my drink my mom and I noticed that the people who ordered after us were getting their drinks first. We stood there and waited for 10 minutes after a while when the worker finally got to my drink she started it then put it aside. Then she kept on pouring the drink out. My mom told the cashier who was helping her that the lady clearly didn’t know how to make my drink. The lady said “ On no the only reason why you are waiting is for the decaf.” My mom said “no I watched the lady pour out her drink 3 times.” My mom got a refund and we left. *FYI I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino*

This is BN Starbucks where you cannot use Starbucks Star Reward. Barnes & Noble licenses from Starbucks the right to sell most of Starbucks' beverages, and uses the same syrups and frappuccino mixes. B&N also sells some of Starbucks' coffees.
