My kids love going to this location especially because of the clean , nice environment and the attentive staff who are friendly and get it right how we like it. Even when we pick up food to take home they always make sure it's made neatly and never leaking or exploding . This location is a a favorite quick lunch for my kids and family!

I’ve been to many Subways but this one is truly a level above. The staff is quick, friendly, and gets everything right. The veggies are fresh, the bread is soft, and the shop is always spotless. You can see the owner runs it with care and pride. If you’re in Hackensack, this is the Subway to go to!

I stopped by around closing time after seeing that the posted hours said the store closes at 2:30 AM. When I walked in, the employee told me it was “pickup only,” and did so with a very bad attitude. The food prep area was fully open, there were no other customers inside, and it was clear she had the full capacity to make my order.
I had actually thrown up my dinner earlier and was just looking for something local and quick, but the lack of effort and rude service were extremely disappointing. This kind of attitude and laziness reflects poorly on the store, especially when it’s still within business hours..
