The food is good but anytime I order through doordash, they don’t pack my salad dressing. Even ordered extra. I don’t understand.

So many times experiencing late preparation and delay at this location. The company must train their employees properly - Seems no one cares. Ordered food though app 20 min prior but still waited additional 25 min after arrival of store. Not a busy time, only myself waiting there.

The workers all look like they hate being there. I get it, but it’s still your job and it makes customers uncomfortable.

The worker forgot several parts of my bowl that ordered and I had to remind him. And he STILL forgot to put things in the bowl.

Usually come here a lot but the salmon size has gotten smaller. THIS IS ALL I GET FOR $20. A FISH STICK. Avoid this place they will skim you and charge extra UPDATE: got a refund but the manger said the portion sizes are different every week and they can’t do anything about it. Idk maybe put more salmon in the bowl by weight and not size next time fatty.

I’ve always loved their Fish Taco salad and it’s usually my go to menu. Last couple times I’ve ordered in store the workers were nice enough to make it on the spot even though it’s online order only item. One of them even said that they can always make it even though it’s only online. However, when I ordered it in store today, the worker said I’m not allowed to order it in store and that I need to order it through the app after waiting in line for quite some time. When I told him that what the other workers have told me, he said that they can’t make the items that are online only during “rush hour”. I’m not sure what difference it makes whether i order something that is already on the menu vs. online only item because the ingredients are already there. Also, last few times other workers made it without saying anything. Also, are you really gonna make a customer go back and order something on the app after waiting that long?? I ended up leaving since I knew it was gonna take forever for them to make my salad if I ordered it on the app.

This review is inherent just for delivery, have never been to the store so I cannot know, however my experience with uber eats was not good at all, the driver was just fine, the problem was when I opened my miso salmon bowl to find out the all salmon was missing, and the portion of the food it's laughable. Cmon guys, I know we are not in the store but we still expect a decent meal, and I don't know how in this world you can forget the main part of the meal, even the name of the plate says it. Very disappointed, will not order again. I would like to share the picture as well but with my phone I have no options for it

The lady was so sweet and patient after I ran in 5 mins prior to close- we made a spontaneous choice to book Deadpool at 10:30 right after work and done even think about dinner and how we were gonna be getting out at 1 am when we last ate on our breaks at 3 pm- worker was so patient and fast with it

This man in the attached picture is the best employee this place has and no way they're paying him enough. He is running circles around the others. I wish he was doing my salad. I was ready to leave lower stars after my service. But as I ate I just sat here watching this guy enjoy his job. He is friendly and gets his job done. I've worked in many restaurants and this guy is weight carrier.
