There was an issue with their website, so I couldn’t place an order online. I went to the store to order in person, but the woman working there told me that kids’ meals could only be ordered online. I explained that the online ordering system wasn’t working — I even tried using three different devices — and politely asked if she could just take my order since I was already in the store. She refused and said no, which made no sense at all. Then she started helping other customers and completely ignored me.

I was just standing there confused, until another woman came over and was actually able to take my order without any problem. I’m very disappointed — I honestly felt discriminated against, especially since my coworkers and friends have never had any issue ordering kids’ meals in person. I don’t understand what was wrong with that first woman’s attitude.

$30 for a supposed chicken bowl but actually zero chicken being added. Based on the other reviews, it seems like they purposely skip on the protein you're paying for when you order it online. You're better off going somewhere else.

USED to be great but around the end of the summer they replaced the entire staff and quality went DOWN while “attitude” went up. I’ve been getting 2 salads a week here for 2 years but if they do not turn things around and get back to their previous quality I will look for other places.

Love their customized salads! I'm picky, so I like to choose the ingredients the I like. Their for always seems fresh.

Doordash sent me the wrong item, because someone at sweet green made the wrong item. I tried to call sweet greens multiple times, and I kept getting an automated voice. You can't get in touch with anyone. Luckily, DoorDash was able to help me. I have not heard from sweet greens once. Poor/ non existent customer service from Sweetgreen, excellent customer service from door dash

I ordered the Miso Salmon bowl and I asked for no white rice but to replace it with greens. The cashier working said no she can’t do that but I could ask the manager. So I asked the manager and she said no. So I asked if I could just get a side of greens and she said NO! She said if I wanted greens I would have to pay $10.45 for the salad base . She was rude, unpleasant and not helpful! I didn’t have time to go back and forth so I just got the miso bowl without white rice and you can see by the pictures that it doesn’t look appetizing!! I don’t recommend going here and I will not bring me or my family back to this establishment ! What a disappointment !

We drove 30 minutes to the Hackensack Sweetgreen on a Friday night, arrived at 8:08pm, and it was already closed despite the website and door both saying they close at 10pm. No sign, no explanation. Deeply disappointed! If you’re closing early, update your hours.
