The Cheesecake Factory

Ordered the herb crusted salmon and the cajun jambalaya. Both were delicous. In the cajun jambalaya, the chicken and shrimp were very soft and tender. The herb crusted salmon sauce made the meal extra tasty. The day I went was very busy in the restaurant, but I was able to get seated within a few minutes and served within good timing. The service was great especially for how packed the restaurant was. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will come again.

We get a classic cheesecake every year for Christmas. the best!

Luis is a great server once in a lifetime type of serve i feel he was born to be server. The way he held my hand and guided me to my seat and showed me all the best foods he likes. He made me feel loved i was having a rough day because my husband just divorced me and took all my money and the kids but he told me its going to be ok that he understands he's been there. I came in with a sad face because i lost everything but i gained a friend who i can text if i need emotional support and he will always be there to save my day. Luis is my hero and all i came in for was a cheesecake and actually came out with a cheesecake and friend who even when im at my lowest he told me look at the bright side of things. Thank you luis for being there in my darkest days i hope one day i get to see my kids and tell them stories about luis and how he saved me from my entrance to a dark time. With much luis <3

Ask to be seated in belles section she is amazing kind sweet friendly very personable. She knew the menu front to back made suggestions and knew her drink menu as well. Which wine would go with what she was also very professional. I have been to this location many times before however going forward I will ask to be seated in belles section your experience will be all the more better for it. This establishment is also special needs friendly unlike its next door neighbor just a few shops down Houston’s! They are awful !!! Bring your loved ones here head here to enjoy a welcoming and inclusive evening.

Overall I didn't feel ripped off which is nice these days.

The food was cooked to perfection. My only issue with the establishment was when I went into the bathroom to wash my hands, one of the black female workers came in right behind me, never used the restroom and walked out. I felt like she followed me in there and I'm not entirely sure why. She was very unprofessional in my opinion. I wouldn't go back for that reason alone.

The food quality was reliable.

The food and service were 5 stars. We are inside, the ambience does not have too much lighting. Next time I would prefer to seat outside the restaurant for better lighting .

This restaurant really changed.I haven't been there in years and I decided to do date night there.The food was not good.I had the chicken Madeira meal and substituted the mash potatoes for angel hair spaghetti which was a bad mistake.The pasta tasted horrible.For the price paid for the meal it was not worth it.I will not return to eat there again.

Customer service is absolutely disgusting

so We called to make a reservation because the website kept wiping it out every time I hit enter was put on hold for around 10 minutes called back. It finally got me to a hostess who said don't worry about it. Just come in you probably won't need a reservation.
Apparently it's too much work for hostess at cheesecake factory to take a reservation. So I said to them well when I get there if I'm told to wait a 1/2 hour.So what's your name so I could look you up?He said I'm not giving you my name and hung up the quality of service in these types of places.It's like going to a third world country

I was taken out to brunch and sat at the bar this time.

By where the drinks are made

I ordered the chicken Madeira.
And the lemon ricotta pancakes.

Although it is Father’s Day we expected the food and service to be top tier because that’s what we normally experience.

Welp. Not today.

Utensils 🍴 dirty, glasses above bar dirty.

While watching the bartender Felix make everyone in the restaurants
drinks I was completely mortified and 🤮 grossed out.

Not one time did this guy wash his hands!!!!!!

Handling money ! To squeezing 🍋‍🟩 limes!

Handling his own food, eating it hand to mouth! To putting pineapples and cherries in drinks.

Handling bottles for refilling containers to touching his pockets then scooping ice.

Then leaving the ice scooper in the ice after using it.

Just disgusting 🤢 smh 🤦🏾‍♀️
Not one time did he wash his hands or sanitize them nor weee any gloves used.

Absolutely unacceptable .
Pancakes came out perfect.
My food was cold and stiff like it was plated hours before we even arrived.
Not only did it take over 25 minutes to get my food had to wait even longer to get It remade.

Even spoke to a chef in white coat about what was happening and no manager ever came to the table.

I had water and not one time did anyone ask if I wanted more or offered more and I was at the bar.

Very dissatisfied with today’s food , service and overall experience.

I never have a problem paying for food. However I saw they compt the cold meal but not the meal I waited forever to have them remake.

This place has to do better.
